House keeping is terrible. Paid for a 3bedroom suite. It was not stocked with any supplies. I texted to have items brought several times but they would never bring enough. ( Dinnerware towels soap dish detergent . Never received glasses or cups.) When I arrived I guess I didn't look like the valet type I was immediately told to go in the parking deck and park my car. I think for the amount of money I spent I should have received better service

Went there for a corporate holiday party, stayed overnight. Beautiful hotel. Great desk staff, and food service staff for the party were exceptional . Bell hops not very professional. Room, on 15th floor was remodeled and lovely. I will return. I would definitely use their banquet services for an elegant event.

This hotel is hands down beautiful. I'm not sure if it was construction going on or a movie shooting but it did cause lots of traffic around the building. That didn't take away from the beauty inside or out. Me and my fiance went to inquire and get wedding information and got a tour of some of the ballrooms. I will definitely come back here to stay for a nights.

Phenomenal food and service. We arrived prior to a concert at the fox theatre. They went out of their way to get us served and on our way to make the performance. Highly recommend for caliber of service, cuisine and architectural ambience.

This is a nice place for a short stay, it's in a convenient location. In my first stay, I experienced a not really pleasant interaction with one of the staff at the reception. The second time, Internet connection was down the whole night. I was staying at the third floor and I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the motors right down my window. At least the staff at the reception had the courtesy of offering me a breakfast voucher. Decent place in total.

Location, bar, restaurant all great. Room lousy. Dirty floors. No chair, although space provided for one. No concern from staff about helping get one. Wife and I, seniors, walked uphill 2 blocks from MARTA station on very hot day to entrance with 2 pieces of luggage each and not one of the 3 Valet Parking guys who were standing around would even open the door for us. Terrible.

Great place for a short stay, right in the center of the city. I went to the fox theater with my kid to watch a Harry Potter movie, located across the street! The hotel is old but has been remodeled. The room we had is equipped with kitchen and washer dryer, but really old model. Overall, a nice hotel.

We ate at Livingston restaurant. Very nice dining room and good service. The menu is fairly small but had some good specials. They had a great drink menu. Definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is in a good location close to local attractions right across from the Fox Theatre. The first room didn't have the requested kitchen and King size bed, but it did have an awesome view of the city. Trip down to the front desk and the desired room suite was available. Complete living room, closed in full kitchen, bedroom, sitting area, washer and dryer. Also with very large windows with amazing views of the city.

Expected much more. Bathroom was tiny in a 950 sq ft suite. One trash can in the entire suite. Towels were rough. Shower door was of the glass variety and would not close properly. Several hooks meant for hanging items should be taken off the walls since they would most likely fall off if you did try to hang something. Full size fridge but no microwave. Weird. The bar in the basement is good and the room service was perfect. The rooftop pool was not impressive during the day. Might be nice at night.

I've traveled quite a bit, this has to be by far one of he nicest hotels I've stayed in. The suites are fully equipped with a full kitchen, the living room and dining room are separate from the bedroom which is a plus. They are both very spacious.

Now the restroom is a whole different issue, the shower is a walk in. The sink is extremely small, no vanity area for us girls. The suite could use more mirrors.

This suite is large but only has two trash cans.

In room dining is always on time and serve good food!

The staff up front is very friendly, I love our concierge guy. He is too sweet. The bell boys are always up going and very welcoming.

The restaurant is extremely delicious. I've tried just about everything on the menu.

And they have a nice fitness facility, which is a HUGE plus for me.

We have stayed at the Georgian Terrace before and the hotel has just gotten better. The hotel is a historic hotel with lots of history, it's over 100 years old don't let that fool you it doesn't suffer from the usual problems of old hotels. It's located in midtown which is a big bonus. It walking distance to several great places. Our room this time was on the original side of the hotel which has recently been renovated. It had hardwood floors and 10ft + ceilings and great view of the city. Little known gem is go up to the penthouse level (top floor) and there's the gym. Best gym view I've ever seen. Then go on one more elevator and you on the roof where the pool is. See all of Atlanta and swim in the sky. There is a viewing deck that has a great 360 view of Atlanta. It just so happens I proposed to my wife there

Love this hotel! Our room was incredible with an amazing view of the city. All of the staff were extremely attentive and professional. Guido at The Livingston made sure that we had a fabulous meal! Can't wait to stay again!

We stayed here while attending a show at the Fox Theatre, it was a rainy evening and we were very happy to be right across the street. We were able to book a room just a few days in advance and experienced wonderful service from first calling the hotel to book our room which was one of the last ones available that weekend to easy check in and check out. All the rooms with King beds were booked so we had to book a Queen room but I have no complaints. The room was still very spacious and the bed was so comfortable it didn't matter that the bed was a Queen. We ordered room service late at night and the man who brought it was very kind and helpful. I can't say enough about how beautiful the hotel is on the interior and exterior. And even though the hotel was booked to capacity, I never felt like it was overcrowded. The wait times for the elevator weren't even super long considering how many people were there. It has been a dream of mine to stay in this hotel since I was a little girl and it lived up to my expectations and more. I will definitely return.

I do have some tips if you plan to stay here:
- make reservations if you plan to dine at the hotel's restaurant the Livingston
- go up to the rooftop pool just to see it, the lights of all the buildings are beautiful at night.
- if you plan on ordering room service after a show, try to order your food as early as possible because others may have the same plan as you and it can take some time.

Nothing to write home about a lot of the historic feature seem to have been removed from the place since the last time that I was there. They used to be the quintessential place for old world history and style. Now it's been sort of modernize within the historical building. Food was okay. Not worth the price paid but worth the convenience. Overall we'd stay there again if we were downtown at the Fox Theater.
