Really nice hotels! Staff was good. Very quick area with lost of stores(Walmart) and Retsraunts. Stayed here fir weekend good price and service.
One of those privately own hotels.. service is not timely. Also was kicked out the Lobby because I had not yet purchased a room!! Don't be tricked by the little innocent looking girl customer service it all about the Sale .. watch for bed bugs
I wish I could leave 0*. We booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived (soaking wet and cold from leftovers from Irma, not his problem, but come on have a little empathy) at the counter literally he yelled at us, about how he knows that we booked the wrong room because all of the non-smoking rooms were gone since earlier in the day, saying "get out, go somewhere else if you don't want it", about how we needed to read some paper about the possibility of the electricity going out from the storm, cutting me off when I tried to ask if I could get fresh pillow cases because of my allergies. He also managed to yell at the three other people that were checking in while I was in the lobby calling other hotels. One of them cancelled because of the rudeness. The clerk then suddenly speaking in a nicer tone, tried to book us in that room. I did not stay here as I was able to find a non-smoking room down the road at the Country Inn where we were greeted with a smile. Don't stay at this Days Inn unless you want be treated badly. Also the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
I do not ever write reviews but I was so impressed with how friendly the young lady at the front desk was. She informed me that they were renovating the rooms and I am very impressed. My room is very nice, clean. I appreciate the fact that there was actually a mini fridge in our room wich is very convenient for me because I have a baby so I can keep her milk cold. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that would charge for that. I also appreciate the amount of channels the t.v has and you can actually see the guide instead of flipping through all the channels. Definitely a great stay!!!
We spent the weekend here from NC, Dora the receptionist was excellent. Saturday morning everything was great. Sunday morning we had no clean towels nor wash cloths. We asked housekeeper about getting some and her response were we don't have anymore. Went to the receptionist (which was not Dora) and asked her the same question she told us that when people use the pool they use all the clean ones, mind you they were booked because my whole family that came for the reunion booked rooms here one month in advance. How could they not be prepared? We ended up going to purchase toiletries from a near by Walmart. Our room hadn't been touch the whole weekend besides trash. I would not recommend this hotel because of lack of supplies and some staff displayed lack of hospitality.
The room was at least 90 degrees when we got there. It smelled like kids who have been in the yard playing all day. But was good. And the service was too.
I enjoyed the experience the room was always well air conditioned, my room was clean and breakfast was great. I guess I had the better room. The only problem is the elevator was out of order, which isn't a huge issue until you have to carry a couple cases of water up with you.
Not a pleasant place to stay not even for a quick nap. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. I didn't know what I walked into until I walked inside. Thanks I was able to get my refund quick. Never book online or trust the pictures. Check reviews first. !
I was very pleased with the attendant at the deck they were very kind and they were very pretty
Very good accommodations especially for the price. And very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was nice and polite. The room was very clean. Didn't have a smell. The towels were clean but I don't use hotel towels either way.
