Room was spotless and staff was friendly. As soon as we got there the manager brought a tiger mask out for my daughter. That is so thoughtful. Bed sheets were changed everyday and room refilled everyday.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, even lived here for a few months many years ago when I moved into the area. The staff are always pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. It's a fairly quiet area with a decent array of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Great place. It isn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Indoor pool is warm. Great free breakfast. It was busy but the staff was working hard to keep up. Clean rooms. Very close to stone mountain. A.c. in room was weak but it was cool enough outside to open the windows. Would recommend to others.

It was very close to Stone Mountain (where we were for the weekend).
Nice breakfast. Large room. Comfy pillows. Good breakfast. Great internet speed. Everyone we had contact with was extremely nice.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Bria was very helpful during the check in process when one of our rooms smelled like smoke to get us into other adjoining rooms. Consuelo did a good job on keeping our room clean. If I had a restaurant I would hire Robert - he worked the whole time we were at breakfast and cleared our table - he was on top of things.

A warning to non-smokers - even though it is clearly stated that the only area where smoking is allowed is around back, smokers regularly park themselves on the bench right next to the front door. The entrance is always smokey and smelly and the staff refuses to do anything about the smokers.

Also, if you picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, think again. They have recently torn out and tiled over the hot tub and have redesigned the pool to be substantially smaller and shallower than it used to be.

If you are choosing this hotel to visit relatives or such, be sure to look up the dates for the Yellow Daisy Festival first. It is a huge deal in Stone Mountain and crowds are everywhere and hotel prices reflect that.

We chose to stay in a Country Inn & Suite , because of the consistently high quality of rooms, service and breakfasts we have experienced. I can only give them five stars when they deserve TEN!

The rooms are amazingly spacious. Perfect for when traveling with kids or the family. Two Televisions in the room. One in the Live-In Room and One in the Bedroom. Customer service is a bit unfriendly until you speak with the hotel manager. He has a distinguished name and fantastic. All and all, it's worth the price.

Nearly new and very nice establishment. A bit of confusion about room assignments and billing, but no serious issue. Nice, if small pool and not busy by comparison. Needs anti-slip treatment to tub. Nice breakfast provided. Will look for same company when travelling elsewhere.

I'll give the hotel 4 stars but the hotel staff gets a high five. We recently spent four nights here and from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out we were always met with smiles and courteous, professional service from every employee. For me, excellent customer service makes up for other little things being less than perfect, the hotel wifi going offline. The room and beds were comfortable. Otherwise, great location. Loads of shopping and restaurant options nearby. I recommend to anybody.

I liked the suite format with a separate bedroom and living room area, plus microwave and fridge. Very practical when traveling with kids. It was also very clean and the front entrance had a homey feel. Friendly staff too. My husband was very impressed with the customer service and friendliness of Pat, the breakfast staff person.

Love the hospitality at this hotel. We have stayed there many times and the staff are always welcoming. We are very happy that Kareem is back at this hotel as he does an exceptionally good job of making us feel welcome and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we feel at home at this hotel, and makes sure we have everything we need. Other staff members were also very welcoming.

The young girl at the front desk is extremely helpful & welcoming with any questions we had and was super inviting. The continental breakfast was convenient and had a variety of different things each and every morning. Also, at night in the front lobby at the front desk there are warm cookies which were a hit for the kids especially during the holiday season. The lobby seating area was all decorated for the holidays and gave a real at home feeling. The heated pool was as hot as a hot tub. The hotel is placed conveniently across from a Walmart, gas station and great restaurants such as the Metro Diner - a must place to eat!! I will be staying here again and recommending it to others as well.
