I can't say enough good about this hotel. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful front desk staff. Heck all the staff rocked! They were helpful and so kind.
Hotel is in a very accessible area Central to most of the key areas of town. Nice well maintained facility with friendly staff, quick easy check in, and a fair assortment of services. Unlike another Marriott I visited recently, this one had a free WiFi option with a buy up for higher performance, though I found the free option to be adequate. The checkout was simplified by delivering the bill to my door in the morning. I did not stay long enough to utilize the other services in the hotel.
Upgraded to a very nice suite.
If you don't eat at The bistro on site, there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
The courtyard brand had done a really nice job of creating a space to relax and eat, drink, social socialize, or just watch a game.
Very nice! It's about a half mile off the main road near a Sam's Club. Looks like a lot of construction is going on nearby. The area will probably be built up in another year or two. As far as service goes, I've come to expect a somewhat higher standard than other brands. This Marriott is no exception as I had a nice stay and the staff was great to me!
Manager is an absolute angel *sarcasm*. I found it SO sad to see how much they are charging people trying to get back to Florida after a natural disaster! $180 for their "standard rate" yet if you look at their rates for all of October (or pretty much anytime after this week) not a single day is above $129. 🙄 Taking advantage of the situation. Barf!
Great location and nice new hotel. Our check in left a bit to be desired. The desk clerk was not very friendly and not helpful at all. Even the simplest of questions were met with a blank stare. It was actually kind of odd. Otherwise it was great. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Pool, exercise room and Jacuzzi. Bistro is always nice to have, although I think they close them too early. This location has several restaurants within a short walk. Overall it's fine and I'd return when in the area.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really don't have anything negative over overly emphatically positive to say. It was a decent night stay in a decent hotel. the room had an almost overpowering chemical odor to it.
Rooms are fine, typical Courtyard build. I decided to try to Bistro for the second time and it reconfirmed why no one should eat dinner there.
The menu reads well but the ingredients are equal to what you would find at a high school cafeteria. Big thumbs down to Marriott and the Courtyard brand 👎🏻
Very nice rooms that were very clean. Stayed with a wedding party so the group rate was a very good price. Had a very fun time, plus it was a chilly night and they lit the fire pit up for our party to hangout
Clean, comfortable, and very helpful/friendly customer service. In a great location with tons of shopping and dining/bar options within walking distance.
We stayed here traveling to Florida. Nice hotel. The staff was very courteous. Has a bar to have a drink. We'd stay here again
Absolutely fantastic, rooms were fabulous, staff were so professional and courteous. Would go out of my way if needed to stay at this location. Also, the Cafe served breakfast, we ordered our meal and it was delicious and plenty for the hungriest traveler. Lobby and sitting areas very clean, neat and creatively decorated. Very relaxing. Noticed large conference rooms, would not mind going to any conference at this location. Many area restaurants and entertainment. Thank you Courtyard Marriott and Staff.
The staff was nice. It was a place where increased safety is required. The front door is locked at night. You need to ring the doorbell to gain access to the lobby to check in. The hotel was nice, it has a Starbucks, but does not have breakfast. I do not think I would stay here again. The area had good options for food and shopping near the hotel.
