Place is amazing. Elegance at its finest. Wonderful food and drinks. Entertainment that fuels the soul. Service was stellar and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Every employee here is so polite, well mannered and majestic. The room service food is not the best, but the service provided by the workers are. I didn't hesitate to get familiar with them because they have great recommendations. The hotel is only a short distance from Central Park for a great walk and peace and quiet. Overall a great stay at a fabulous hotel.

A little inconvenient because of the street construction. One of the few remaining classic girls with am outstandingly attentive staffed.

Finally went to Bemelmans Bar. Had one of their signature drinks, it was delicious. b Note that there is a dress code, but that's why it's one of the last of the great piano bars in the city. The murals alone are worth it. Be prepared to overspend, suck it up and enjoy while you can.

I went to the bar with three other friends for a drink. The cocktails were delicious and the servers are friendly. Overall the atmosphere is very nice and the live music was superb.

Staff was very accommodating and nice, and place has an interesting history. Although I was surprised how uncomfortable the bed was to me and my fellow guest. The furniture in our room was in poor condition and in need of cleaning and repairs, probably beautiful pieces in their day. I found the sofa to be stained, the upholstery was tattering and the filling in the cushions was lumpy and uncomfortable to sit in. The staff did their best to make our stay pleasant and tried to make the bed more comfortable by changing the mattress and inserting a board under the mattress to give more support. A really gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff, very unfortunate that the furniture in the room was so uncomfortable.

Joined a close friend for his birthday out at the Carlyle and was summarily impressed. Despite being slightly underdressed, the atmosphere made me feel about twice as classy as I had any right to. There was live jazz music the entire evening courtesy of the Loston Harris Trio, which was wonderful in itself but made the experience greater than the sum of its parts. Drinks were fairly pricey, but mostly within the expected range; the selection was stellar and they carried a wide swath of liquors, so whether you want a standard vodka rocks or an ultra-smooth $245 glass of single-malt, there's probably something for you at the Carlyle.

I went to NYC for a friends going away party and this is where we decided to stay. I have to say it was nicer then I thought. (ive never been to NYC) But this is a really good first hotel experience. If im ever in need to come back I know exactly where im staying

I am a small town native that was visiting NYC with my daughter. I felt very safe and secure at the Casablanca, while still being in the heart of Times Square. Excellent location and very accommodating staff. Great breaksast in the morning as well. Very close to subway station and broadway shows.

Great place to visit for evening because of live music. Pricing is a bit overpriced at bar. Charge 25 dollars for first person and 10 dollars for additional person to have a seat at the table before you order anything. I felt misled as it sounded as 25 dollars minimum per person. So two entrees 3 alcohol drinks and a several teas came out to about 240 with tip because we were charged 65 just to sit on chairs. Good thing is that they bring you this little snack platter with bar nuts free. Nice they have live music at the bAr.

Quintessential New York extravagance. The personnel are 100% committed to excellence in service. They will accommodate your every reasonable request. Historically accredited, globally respected, and always there when you need a home like place for a break in the madness of business. Chef is dishing out the flavors, piano bar, always a taxi waiting.
