A very classy place. They have excellent bars and the dining area is first-rate. You will definitely pay for it - everything is expensive - but the quality matches the price. It's one of those hotels where even things like the bathrooms are done with care and taste.

They screwed up our rooms and then couldn't find our luggage. Once it was all sorted out, our stay was very comfortable. Great room, very comfortable bed, and excellent accommodations.

I would recommend the St. Regis to anyone and everyone. The rooms are incredible, and I never wanted to leave the bathroom! Also, if you have the opportunity to take the house car, you won't regret it. I will never stay anywhere else while in the city.

I love their afternoon tea at the Astor's Court. The harpist played Happy Birthday when the server brought out the surprise birthday chocolate mousse for my friend. Everyone clapped and made my friend's day very special!

Everything at the St. Regis is absolutely fabulous. The staff is very kind, and did an extraordinary job. My mother used to work at the hotel, and hired many of the employees who are still here today. Some recognized her during our stay, and went above and beyond when being reunited. One of the housekeepers, who my mother also hired, went as far to remake our beds (this was in the evening, which is not when they usually do this), add chocolates to our bowl that holds them, and treated us with full respect. The St. Regis also showcases a wonderful bar, athletic room, and wonderful views of the city. For people looking for a wonderful experience in NYC, I would highly recommend the St. Regis New York.

King Cole Bar is excellent. Just killed some time waiting for work associates with some Jameson and Chivas, but the atmosphere made me and my coworkers not want to leave. Will definitely be back.

Six nights ensconced in a deluxe suite at the St. Regis - pure heaven! Attentive staff, great service, wonderful food! Color, cut, and mani/pedi at the salon - Gianni is the best! Don't miss afternoon tea at the Astor Court. Would have moved in if we could.

Impeccable service. Attended here with my fiancé for New Years Eve and it was a wonderful time. The bartenders are personable, make a tasty drink, and the food is delicious. I was happy to see they offered a vegan option and enjoyed the cute bowl of mini samosas. They make sure you are taken care of here. You really get the wonderful quality you pay for. One of our favorite spots! :)

I had the pleasure of staying here and it made my life!!! Best birthday experience ever! I will never forget the Madison Suite, Bentley ride and the very welcoming attitude of all employees. The service here is completely unmatched and I've stayed at plenty of luxury hotels. St Regis NYC has set the bar too high! Oh, and let's not forget the perfect location. It is in the shopping district, close to Times Square. PERFECT!!!!!
