The food is always incredible. We had the duck special tonight and it was fantastic. They have tons of drink options and a good size Gluten free menu. Also, the creme brulee is to die for!
I think the best part is the service though. Cynthia was our server tonight and she was so friendly and checked in often. All the staff is great here, but she really blew us away with her hospitality.

I really love this place. The food is good and the bartenders are fantastic! I just recently learned that there's a whole lounge with pool tables and another bar downstairs. Very awesome! The Barley House has definitely become a regular spot for us. Great place!

A great place to meet friends, have some drink, and dine on fares of many choices. Great atmosphere, you always seem welcome the second you walk through the door. Fantastic staff, Bartenders are the BEST. Waitresses, and Waiters are great, they cater to your every wish, with impeccable service and style. Love the place. Can't wait 4 SPRING , and sidewalk dining. Corey & John will gladly tend to your libation choices

The food is very good. Beer prices are reasonable and the selection is average. I think more could be made of the downstairs section as it's never full but it can be hard to find a table upstairs. Perhaps more tables could be put down there.

Excellent. Everything I tried was delicious. Draft selection was awesome. Pizza toppings were so flavorful, crust was crispy, barely any flop. Shaved steak banh mi incredible. Fries were fresh cut, fried to perfect crisp. Bar staff never let the glass get empty before seeing if you wanted a refill.

always happy to go here and have some great food and a pretty good selection of local beers. I wish they would change the menu up on the beers and change to some other local craft choices thats why a four star. i will go back here again

I have lived in Concord for almost ten years, and the Barley House is easily among the best restaurants in Concord. They are known for their burgers, as well as their Oktoberfest menu. For that, they have a guy whose job is to make bratwurst. They have a bar and copious amounts of seating. The service staff is very friendly and I have never had to send food back for any reason. Everything was properly cooked and tasted amazing. I can personally recommend the BBQ Bison Burger. It's a great place for a get together with family or friends.

I got the peppercorn burger with bacon, cheese, and a fried egg and it was the best burger I've ever had, hands down. A great selection of beer, as well as plenty of free bread sticks, pretzel sticks, and hummus before the meal just puts this place right at the top of my favorite restaurants of all time. No doubt in my mind I'll drive the 1 hr 15 min to go there again.

We went here for the first time around 8:00 on a Wednesday night. The place was busy, so we waited for about 10 minutes for a table. It was worth the wait. I had a chicken pot pie, which was really good, and my husband loved the beef stew. This is a great place if you are in the mood for comfort food.

This is usually our go-to when parents come to town. The food is decent. It's your typical bar menu with good local draft offerings. Good atmosphere above. Bar level below feels like a dungeon. Otherwise, their menu is consistent and good. However, the service can sometimes be slow. This place will fill up fast and usually has a long wait during peak hours.

Love this place when in Concord for business. Burgers are phenomenal, especially the Dublin burger. Sweet potato fries are killer. Service is top notch, super friendly but not in a faux friendly way. Just good, funny, cool people. Highly recommend this place. Never disappointed me.

One of Concord's favorite spots. Think upscale pub food, with a twist. And several unique burger combinations to choose from.

Staff's a real treat too. There's even a tiny bit of outdoor seating if you can snag it.

Another great evening at the Barley House. Spent the night at the bar with Cory. Great drinks, discussion with the other bar customers. When I ordered dinner, the special dinner for the evening was fresh, seasoned to perfection, and hot. Save room for the creme brulee.

Food quality is very good. Burgers are great. Limited beer on draft. Menu is average to above average in selections for some finicky eaters. Price is good. Service was a little slow. Nice patio out front. Good desert menu.

The Hanger steak was the best steak I ever had in a restaurant. It had a slight Char on the outside , and it was cooked to a perfect pink on the inside, and was very tender. It was accompanied by delicious mashed potatoes, and snow peas with carrots. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I'm sorry but I forgot her name.
