The staff was great. Very friendly very attentive. The food is always great. The prices are good. Restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. You really can't beat an outlaw ribeye. All in all it was a good experience and a great dinner.

The place was chilly when we arrived l commented to the waitress, and she mentioned they just turned up the heat some more.
The food arrived promptly, but by the time the meal was half eaten it was cold.. The heat never came up. Not a very enjoyable experience to say the least!!
I would recommend you call ahead and ask if the heat was turned on..response / report this review -

I went out to dinner, on my birthday with my six month old daughter hoping to have a nice night with just the two of us. We were greeted by the hostess and she had asked if we need a high chair. I responded with, “yes, that would be awesome”. we were sat in a booth. Our waiter came over and took my drink and food order. I asked him if he could grab me a high chair and he said, “absolutely”. I received the high chair and put my daughter in it. We played for a good five minutes while waiting for the food to arrive. The manager then approached me before we were served and said “I’m sorry ma’am to interrupt your dinner, but we’re going to have to move your seat. She can’t be sitting in the aisle.” Um isn’t that where the high chair is supposed to go? And if the high chair isn’t supposed to be in the aisle, THEN WHY WOULD YOU SIT US THERE?!
I have never felt more disrespected at a restaurant then I did tonight, especially after trying to have a nice dinner out with my daughter on my BIRTHDAY. I will never be stepping foot in this restaurant again and for those that have small children, I recommend that you don’t ask for a high chair because they will most likely want to MOVE YOUR SEAT because it’s “in an aisle”.response / report this review -

Food is always good, comes promptly. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. We go there whenever we are in Keene. Our favorite place to eat.

This place never disappoints we have been to aç couple in eastern PA and this one in Keene. They all have had great food and service.

We wanted the filets that were on special, but they were out. We had the Outlaw Ribeye and it was wonderful!! We shared it and I still had some for lunch today! They were also out of sweet potatoes, but the loaded potato hit the spot!
