Amazing food and service! Comfortable and quaint. Not to many people can fit in here but there usually isn't much of a wait. Great local beers 🍺 and the extra effort they put into the cocktails make them that much better!! This place is doing everything right!

The Monkfish was overcooked and a little dry. Other seafood was cooked just right. Very good breakfasts were served. The shrimp and vegetable stir fry was too much sauce and not enough vegetables. The shrimp were swimming in a mediocre sauce.

My wife and I visit frequently. Normally we head right upstairs to corks, enjoy ourselves a cocktail or a beer while munching on some delicious appetizers. I highly recommend it. Such an old time feel with a modern twist.

Never stayed here but have eaten here multiple times. It has a great antique atmosphere but yikes, they really charge you for it. They really make out on the so-called specials, they don't tell you the price on these unless you ask. The food is good but not worth double to triple other places.

I went to Sunday brunch with a very good friend. The service was very good. The food choices and quality we're great. The endless mimosas made the time pass quickly. It was not overcrowded which we we're thankful for. I would definitely go back!

    $353 for poor service.

My trip was the weekend of the 30th of September.

The room itself is nice and thus I cannot give a truly failing grade, however the staff seems to be all green, with no veterans, and they panic when asked about something.

Today it took me 4 phone calls to get back my incidental damage charge. This is after four full business days.

AT FIRST the manager tried to lie to me, openly, and stated it was up to my bank to release the hold. I know this is not the case since I have worked for hotels and financial institutions before.
I told her that was a lie, and she went silent. I asked her to do it immediately and she said "ok one minute."

Two minutes later I had my funds back in my checking account. Funny how she was able to get the bank to do that so fast, huh?

I would come here again if the rooms were in the $200 range, but far far too expensive for what they offered.

    Minor notes:
    Nice bathroom/full tub.
    Good pillows.

Bar at the wedding venue closed ~ two hours too early (before 10pm) and the groom himself ( C F ) was forced to make a trip to a local gas station to buy beer for his guests.

Best inn in New England. All three restaurants are phenomenal. The history can't be beat. Unbelievable!!!! GREAT PLACE!

I love this place for date night. The menu is always unique and the staff is very friendly. Great place for raw oysters also.

My cousins wedding was there. Gorgeous inside and out. Cocktails and horderves were fantastic. My only complaint was the dinner food. The potatoes were dry and overcooked, the chicken was moist but the skin was soggy and not appetizing. I would have preferred to eat the kids meal of chicken fingers and fries.

I gave this four stars for the food selection in the pub/main dining. I've eaten at both and highly recommend them, Corks as well if you enjoy wine.

This is a great location for an event. I went for a wedding... beautiful grounds, historic structures, excellent service from the friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

The staff at the Bedford village inn are impeccable. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location itself is also beautiful. If I were to say anything negative it would be that the rooms feel outdated (bathroom fixtures, furniture, etc.) for their price range.
