Parker is a great breakfast and lunch place. It is very rustic both in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. They serve home made maple syrup, which is fantastic. There are several flavors of pancakes to choose from. They have a covered bridge and a gift shop.

A good, country breakfast. Decent portions. We'll prepared. Parker's is always a nice option but much better if you are able to go during quieter times (think not the weekend not school vacation weeks you get the idea). Gift shop is an ok way to spend time if you have to wait for a table. Sugar shack can be interesting when the sap is running (which is earlier than most people think). By the time you get to those beautiful days in late April, syrup making is all done for the year.

Amazing place to have a hearty breakfast!!! Food was delicious with large portions. Their syrup is phenomenal. Service was exceptional. Definitely worth the drive. We will be back.

Great breakfast spot. Cozy decor. Wood pellet stoves for heat. Get here early on the weekends, wait can grow to 1.5hours quickly. There is a nice little gift shop on site that you can get lost in while waiting to hear your name called over the intercom. Highly recommend this place

Classic New England feel. There's a reason this place is very popular, because people love it. The inside is like a big barn filled with Americana. The food is very good. The wait staff can be a bit inexperienced at times but there some of the friendliest, and they always get my order right. I would highly recommend.

This place used to be 5 stars hands down 10 years ago. Been going here since I can remember a few times a year as a special destination. The food isn't as good as anymore. I will still come here for the atmosphere and memories but the last 10 or so times I have come i leave saying the same thing nothing special. Blah food. Only saving grace is delicious deep fried French toast, the only item to stay good.

Good food, good service. Liked the menu options. The only drawback was the extremely long wait on a Sunday at 10am. Was told 90 minutes, but was more like 2 hours. Made the trip out specifically to eat here so waited and got some donuts (which were very good) and checked out the store. Enjoyed it, but if that wait time is typical, then may be worth looking elsewhere.

Have loved it here since I was a kid. So glad I get to share the experience with my kids. A one of a kind place. I made it 4 stars simply because it's so busy now. We waited 90 minutes. Of course it was an absolutely beautiful fall day! The gift shop and outpost are a nice way to kill the wait time.

Awesome experience overall! More than breakfast- full breakfast and lunch menu. Great gift shop to browse while you wait for a table, along with a homemade donut and coffee stand to hold your appetite over. A great trip, and a great meal!

Come here periodically and it is always good. We were here just before lunch so the wait was minimal (yes, there is usually a wait). My waffle was just right and real Maple syrup just made it perfect. Service was very good and the ambience was wonderful.

Great atmosphere! I would almost come here for the atmosphere alone! Food, this is the kind of place you go for heavy grease and delicious but not necessarily healthy food. I would be a bit happier if they also offered some farm fresh vegetable based meals (low in salt,fat,refined grains and sugar ) good place though.

We really enjoyed our visit. The property had plenty of room to roam while you wait, with a pleasant creek behind the gift shop. The food and service was fantastic, with choices suited for everyone from toddlers to grown-up maple lovers.
This is a perfect place for large groups, so keep an eye on when you plan to arrive to minimize your wait time. Note that the donut/coffee shop is closed during the summer, other than for Mother's Day.response / report this review -

I know this place is considered THE breakfast place to be, and their long wait(over an hour)proves that. But, I can't help but give a bad review after our last experience. We had a wonderful, yet obviously overwhelmed waitress, who tried her best to satisfy her tables. And a very obviously incompetent kitchen staff.
My order came out wrong, not once but twice. Stuffed French toast special wasn't even french toast ..they forgot to dip in egg and I received a lightly grilled sandwich with overly sweetened fruit mush inside. When I showed the waitress, she agreed, and stated it wasn't the first time. She suggested I order something different. I tried an omelet ..with specific instructions that I needed the toast dry due to not being able to digest butter due to recent surgery. Took awhile to get to the table, and toast was buttered. I was done at that point. I hate to think if it was an allergy instead, and I hadn't noticed.
The waitress was more than kind, and said she would speak to her manager and we would of course not be charged.
The manager was a different story. I was very polite up until the point that she came over and started blaming the waitress for the mistakes. She acted like she was doing us a favor by not charging us for a meal that wasn't even eaten due to her staff's mistakes.
When I explained I saw the waitress specifically write down DRY toast, she then had another excuse. I started getting mad at that point and just wanted to leave.
In my opinion, and I know it won't be a popular one, this is a overpriced, overrated restaurant. It gets it's popularity because of the atmosphere, and not because of great food. The store attached is fun to look around ..and definitely something they need to distract people while they wait a ridiculous amount of time for a table. We won't be back.
Trust me when I say there are much better places around ..where you will get a lot more for your money, and more than likely your food cooked correctly.response / report this review -

We just went on a Tuesday morning at about 10:30 and the place was practically empty, no wait. The staff was extremely friendly, and even the lady who seated us asked if we needed anything right away, like water. Our waitress was very nice, and our food came out quickly. Now, the food was seriously amazing. Ugh, and warm maple syrup to go with it. It beats out a lot of other New England spots, to be honest. Bonuses: it's a pokéstop for those who care. They are currently undergoing a change with plates (served on paper), but they have their reasons (pick your battles folks). Overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
