Perfect bed and breakfast place, stayed in the one of the suites and it very nice. Service was wonderful. The dining was unbelievable good. Every dish was incredible. I would definitely recommend it.

Every other dinner I have ever had here deserves 5 stars plus. Tonight we chose the last seating and regretfully they ran out of what I/we wanted to order. Also had to put up with a squawking three year old (who takes a toddler to a late meal at a fancy restaurant?!).

I highly recommend The Grazing Room, particularly for one of the Wines of the World dinners. The chef is amazing - creative, clever, and specializes in using locally sourced ingredients - and the wines are always paired perfectly.

If you want to treat yourself to something special, treat yourself to the Colby Hill Inn and The Grazing Room you will NOT be disappointed!

My mother got caught driving at night in a bad storm. She was terrified and needed a place to stay. I called ahead to make sure there was a room available and let them know my mom's situation. They treated her so wonderfully when she arrived. They even had cookies and spring water waiting for her. She loved the room and raved about the breakfast in the morning! They turned a very frightening experience into a peacefully pleasant one and that's worth 5 stars!!

Sorry there was no option for no star. They treat their employees like trash. They judge them and intrude on their personal life. Most unprofessional experience I have ever heard in my life. The leaders of this business do not deserve support what so ever. Their business has continued to worsen and it is no surprise based on the people running it. Choose another bed in breakfast for your sake and for the sake of humanity.

Enjoyed dinner; upscale menu and dining experience. Prices were appropriate for a fine dining menu ($20-$35 per entree). Wine list was not extremely long, but there was a nice selection and the by-the-bottle prices were on the reasonable side. Ordered a local NH Seyval, unfortunately they were out of it and had to substitute. Server was very nice, but a bit too busy to be as attentive as she should have been.

The meals were very flavor able and included a vegetarian option. Everything was fresh and locally sourced. The drink selection also used locally produced liquors and mixed drinks included a number of innovative combinations. The wait staff and management were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return.

This year's Mothers day Brunch was awful .. We were a party of 4 sat down at 2;00 for a 1:30 reservation .. We asked for some fresh bread the waitress told us they have not baked any and offered us buttered toast.. seriously .. Than three of us had scallops and shrimp crepes which had maybe a tiny shrimp
And two scallops .. bland and soggy .. Last course was dessert we all wanted the cherry cheesecake .. of course it was gone so we decided on the pie also gone .. We are here at 2 how can it be gone already .. we had 4 glasses of wine and our bill for this was $228.00 with out a tip .. I have no problem paying for a decent meal but this was awful the waitress was sweet but had no clue about any of the food they offered it was like it was her first day .. We will not be back .. I can bet this is under new management ..very sad as it was a great place for many years . ..
