Wonderful resort/ timeshare. Two pools, hot tub, tiki bar, attentive staff. Rooms all recently updated. Very nice place to stay.

The place is gorgeous, it's in walking distance to everything, and the staff is friendly and helpful, the only complaint I have is for the price the rooms could be updated and cleaned up some The front door to our unit had to have all three locks engaged to stay shut, the bedspread looked like it hadn't been dry cleaned or replaced in at least 15 years, and my bedroom door had a broken piece that has obviously been broken a long time But the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked like a dream so overall it was fantastic just figured with all that money they could make the place a little cleaner looking

The number one best place to stay in Key West. I'm an owner here but I would encourage anyone to call the office and check for vacancies if you need accommodations.

My first time at Key West Florida and staying in the Banyan was great.
The studio room we were in was beautiful with a kitchen. Plus it was in plus it is in a perfect place one block away from Duval Street and two blocks from the famous Mallory Square.response / report this review -

Beautiful resort! The units are incredible, the ground are gorgeous and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely be back!

Lovely resort just minutes walk from Mallory Square, restaurants and shops. Stayed here for one night but most guests I met stayed for a lot longer.
On site parking is available for $25 which is convenient. Free coffee is served in the morning by the pool side and is a great way to take in the atmosphere of the resort.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if I had the chance to go to Key West.response / report this review -

Stayed in a studio off the pool. Room was great. Great location, comfortable Murphy bed and grounds were gorgeous. Only complaint is that they like to leaf blow the grounds at 7:30am, which was VERY annoying.

We stayed recently and were very surprised when we got to our "room", more like a condo. It was very nice, close to everything and the staff were amazing. Our room wasn't quite ready when we got there but they let us leave our bags, took our number and called us when the room was ready. When it was time to check out they told us we were welcome to stay at the pool as long as we wanted to. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Been to the property to look around and the view is breathtaking. The Banyan Timeshare and resort is for people who can afford this place starting at $400 a night. No pets allowed, and not really much for children or teens to do, it is more for adults. There is a pool and tiki bar available.
Concierge is available till 10pm, they will call to arrange for bike rentals, sunset cruises, snorkeling and fishing, referral to the best places and make dinner reservations.
I highly recommend staying here, the rooms are really nice.

I didnt stay here but I was there meeting some of our group. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and it was well priced and in the heart of down town.
