Beautiful time share with all the amenities. You never have to leave the site if you don't want. Book one of the westward facing rooms and you can watch the most beautiful sunset you've ever seen from your patio.

We were given our room by a family member for our honeymoon. They wouldn't allow us to check out until I paid $133.19 they say I was told about in my paperwork. Paperwork in hand I asked them to show me where and they could not. Would not recommend this paper thin floored, bad smelling outside, to anyone!

Great location but a bit out dated. We had problem with the hot water. When we ran the hot water. Little stuff came out of it.

Stayed here for a weekend in Fall 2016. Got a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and living area. Balcony overlooked the pool area. The master bedroom was very nice with a large bathroom. This room could be locked off and used as a single hotel room. Overall the unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff in the lobby were very helpful and the concierge pointed us in all the right directions for food and entertainment.
Most important: the location is amazing. You are walking distance to all the big attractions, especially Duval Steet and Sloppy Joes.response / report this review -

Very nice place. Perfect location to view the sunset. The residents here love it and are so nice. We just stayed a couple of nights. The pool area is very nice. The room is fine. I'm sure the 2 and 3 bedrooms places are very nice. Great place.

We come here, to this specific Hyatt, at least once a year. We love the convenience of being super close to downtown. The pool area is great and has a fantastic view of the ocean. You can watch the sun set without having to step foot off the property!
