Well located, just around the corner from duval street and the information kiosk where you can book tours. The house was amazing with great terrave and a Jacuzzi, super clean we had a great time they offer a late check out for a realky good price I will come back for sure

Great little houses! Upstairs rooms were for short ppl but we loved it! Hot tub and pool, cleaners did a pretty good job and nice and private for your own party. Would totally do it again.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AIRBNBI requested a room last night for today and needed confirmation or at least an acknowledgement so that I could start the 5 hour drive to Key West by 9am without worry of showing up with no where to sleep. I was very excited to go but by the time I needed to have the confirmation, I did not

I went to the email from Airbnb informing me that a confirmation was still pending and selected the button that read, "cancel request". Apparently it didn't process the "cancel request" possibly due to an issue with the app, but regardless I should not be charged for this. I have had issues with the app in the past and this will be the last time I use it. However, the woman from Key West Vacation Rentals that I spoke to about this was not helpful or kind at all and told me I have to take it up with airbnb not them (the host, which was not accurate). In addition, I've since read that it's the host, Key West Vacation Rentals responsibility and who has the ability to refund me. Then I finally spoke with Airbnb who told me if the property management company agrees to refund then I will get my refund. Unfortunately, the company hasn't refunded me and as I myself am a Realtor, I will be reporting this company.

Expensive for what it was. Check in, staff was rushed and not unfriendly, but not welcoming. Can't reschedule or change your plans--no refunds. But clean, close to the action, came with beach chairs and enough towels and toiletries to get you through in spades. Washer dryer, 2 beds, cable, hot tub for the room, a/c, shallow communal pool.

Office staff not so great.
House was nice, simple.
Cleaning lady was great.
Arrived a Wednesday afternoon and called the office, staff put me on hold then hung up. I tried calling back various times and no one answered. Made my way to the office thinking maybe just one person was working there. When I got to the office there was no less than 8 people and not very warm and welcoming, it's like I was bothering them.
I don't understand their attitude because everyone on the Island is so kind and helpful.
Bad service.

Great place for wet t shirt contest. Lots or room by the pool and the staff is friendly. However the drinks are watered down.:(

Very good accommodations for a large party. We had 8 staying at the house and it worked out well. The only downside was the parking, only one space for 8 people!

Love the house and private hot tub. they keep it clean every day. kitchen is small but just know how to multi-task. very beautiful would love to come back.

We stayed in a condo managed by key west vacation rentals. The experience was great. They picked us up at the airport and took us right to our condo. Can't wait to go back next year!

Was really looking forward to my trip however a tropical storm developed a few days prior to my trip. I contacted the company to see if they could provide some flexibility regarding my reservation date since the weather looked very threatening. The company was completely unwilling to offer any resolution, it was pretty much 1 sentence answers saying sorry its against our policy. They told me I should have payed for the travel insurance to cover the rare chance that a tropical storm would be heading straight towards the keys on the weekend of my trip. I offered to pay double the rate of the travel insurance just so I could rebook for another date, they were completely unwilling to accommodate any change that would allow me to enjoy my stay on a day not threatened by tropical storms. Really sad that I had to pay nearly $500 for a weekend that would be impossible to travel on, I would hope that this company had an ounce of compassion and would consider the extenuating circumstances regarding hazardous weather. It's easy to hide behind your policy and excuses, man up and offer some customer support and solutions so that your pre-paid customers can actually attend their vacation without risking their life.
