This place is amazing. My husband and I decided to stay here for a week. We rented the cottage. It was perfect. The location is amazing. You CANNOT beat it. The island house is great, however it has nothing on the location. The staff is superb. Maintainace is improving the property daily and the hospitality provided by Jeff and the staff is untuched by any guesthouse we have stayed at. We highly recommend the cottage if your staying a while.

i had a blast. the suite room was awesome, one door opening to the balcony and the other to the gym. the guy at the check in reception was also very freindly. the only drawback were the bartenders at the back patio. one has a smug face, bug eyes n wouldnt attend me. i kept waiting and waiting, but he attended all the other customers, some that came way after me. i did tip him 3 bucks on one drink tho. hope u shove it up ur a**. the other ones a much older glasses wearing old fart. the only drawback. other than that it was fun!

AVOID THIS PLACE - HOTEL MANAGER MIKE ENTERED OUR ROOM WHILE WE SLEPT AND TOOK PICTURES. The night before my friend got too drunk at the bar and we were told to go to our room and sleep it off. At checkout we found out that our room was entered and photos taken while we slept (yes they took pictures of a small amount of weed left out). They also discussed our room and its contents / cleanliness with other guests (Mike, the hotel manager, is a nasty gossip). ENJOY THE BAR BUT STAY ELSEWHERE. Also thought I lost or misplaced an expensive gold & diamond watch in our room, now that I know my living area was entered /violated while we slept I think that the hotel staff stole it.

Stayed here during Pride one year -- had the stand-along room which faced the pool that room was very quiet, and was easy to sleep the rooms above the dancefloors I can imagine would be loud but the rooms facing the pool are just fine. It's like an Island House if Island House was in New Jersey very "down-the-shore" type of feel, but it's not a bad place by any stretch of the imagination given the hell holes I have stayed in elsewhere on the island.
