From what I could tell it seems like a cozy place, but I didn't stay here, was just dripping off a friend! Walking distance to the water and a bunch of bars which is great! Would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Great location. Check in was easy and the one bedroom unit was spacious and clean. Everything you could want for an extended stay but they did want to charge for dish soap. Would definitely stay again.

A sassy, hidden gem! I needed a last minute hotel room in my budget and I'm so glad this was the first available place I found! Very clean, stylish, modern feeling rooms. Cool pool areas and overall great vibe. Perfect location just blocks off the beach. Loved this place!

Just had a drink at the bar. Bartender was very friendly. Drink was good, prices were good. Cool location.

They do not work on cleaning the rooms or getting us towels until super late. It’s after 5 pm and we’ve asked 3 Times now to please get the room serviced. No apologies. No sense of urgency.

The pools are dirty. There seems to be a lot of shady happenings around the hotel. The exercise room is non functional. There is stuff piled on the exercise equipment. I am super disappointed. This place used to be nice but now it’s being run down.

Basic rooms. Good value for price. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of the other properties that make up the North Beach Village Resort are a bit more modern and updated. Overall, a great resort to stay at when visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

This place is really cute and clean, the staff is friendly and if you need something fixed (like a door) they fix it really fast. There's a pool area, tiki bar and mini gym. It might be off season but it's really quite and the pool area at night is super romantic.

I've been staying at the Royal Palms for several years and have always had a great stay. Unfortunately, this stay wasn't quite as nice. The new beds are very uncomfortable and the AC unit in the room was really loud this time.

They always used to have fresh brewed coffee by the pool in the morning but didn't have it this time. Would be nice if they would bring that back.

For an off the beaten path placeit's cute and easy. FYI.Parking all over the beach resorts is $40, The Royal Palm is only $10.
You get a HUGE modern and simple room.
All and allIf you don't mind walking a block to the ocean, a block to other hotels, 1/4 mi to the Mall, it's perfect. AlsoNO RESORT fee of $39 like all the beach front places in FT. Lauderdale who then actually don't even cover your beach chair and umbrella.that is an extra $44 per day and they don't tell you until you check in and its too late.

Modern, interesting hotel. Very close to the beach. The bed frame and mattress was very hard, charged $10/day for parking but parking spots were oversold so there weren't any free spots. Average overall experience, will likely not stay here again

AC couldn't be adjusted in our room. The room needed a good cleaning. Stains on walls and counters in the kitchen. Furniture was very dirty as well. Front desk staff were friendly but only talked to them for check in and out. Windows and walls are thin, so if your a lite sleeper bring your ear plugs. There is also construction going on next door so some surrounding streets are closed making it difficult for Ubers and taxis during the day. Not very handicap accessible either. This place could be charming with a little effort from the staff and a bit of remodeling. The location is awesome and is only a short walk from the beach and many restaurants.
