Ideally located opposite the Mall with plenty of reasturants and other shops nearby. About 6 minutes walk away and you're on the beach. Rooms are well catered for with a good kitchen, enabling you to easily self cater whilst staying.

The remodeled rooms are very nice here. Great views on the intercoastal side and amazing location close to everything. One of the biggest downsides is there is no self parking and you must pay $35 a day.

If you can handle that too great hotel to stay walk to the beach or to the Galleria mall right next door.

The location is great—next to a decent Mall and 2 block walk to the beach. However, you HAVE to valet park ($35/day) and construction next door was happening at 11:30pm at night when I was trying to sleep. The pool was closed for repairs/renovations, but room was still $165/night. Had I known the pool was closed, I’d have chosen another hotel. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and nice. I like the idea of a kitchenette in the room but the fridge was half size. There’s a Publix across the street and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Great size TV in living room (50”?) but small one in the bedroom. The elevators are old and in need of an update. It takes awhile for them to arrive even though the hotel is not crowded. I probably won’t stay here again. Not worth $200/night (price with parking).

I, along with friends, went to GALLERYone for brunch and drinks after hearing many great reviews. The service was fantastic, but the food was definitely not. The pancakes and French toast were hard - like chips, after telling the staff fresh food was prepared and it was much better, but it was almost like it was too late. Maybe this was just a fluke, but it was my first time eating there so this was my first impression. Maybe I'll try it again in the future.

    Terrible.
They delayed check in 2 hours till 5pm so we had to hang around till someone cleaned the rooms, then they gave me a twin bed room overlooking the parking lot with no balcony when I paid for a king size bed with a balcony overlooking the water. When I asked the front desk about it there was nothing they could do except offer free breakfast. Free breakfast covers the cost of the upgraded room I didn’t get? I don’t think so.
Called room service tonight, no one answered. Front desk picked up and said they’d call me when they got a chance. 30 mins later, nothing. I ordered a pizza from Dominos.
You can be sure we won’t be back. Shame.

The standard of this hotel has gone downhill. When we stayed there in June, the corridors and rooms were dirty, and to top it off my 1 year old son was crawling on the floor and found a big piece of glass which he nearly put on his mouth. We didnt break anything in the room, so the glass had been there since a previous guest.
The 2 stars go to the amazing and super friendly valet staff.

The good: the valet guys are awesome, funny and trust worthy. The bad: Visiting from Colorado, I was in line yesterday to check in and was really excited watching the gentleman working the check in area. He was being so welcoming to the family ahead of me, smiling, laughing and telling the where they can find their room. A woman helped me check in and she was the complete opposite. She didn't even smile, she seemed annoyed. I gave her my card to pay for the parking and what I expected to be $33 for valet my entire stay turned out to be $39 A DAY! I had called before completing my reservation here and was told $33 for in and out privileges. After she had charged my card she didn't even give me a receipt, tell me where I could find my room or the enjoy my stay. I will never stay here again.

Any female at the front desk that I talked to had an attitude and couldn't help me whatsoever. I booked my room through trip advisor, apparently the room I booked is a privately owned condo located INSIDE of the hotel yet NOBODY has any information to give me. They told me if I have any questions or concerns that I would need to contact the owner of the condo, but they didn't have a number to give me. They said it should be in the confirmation email, which it wasn't. I booked another night and neither the booking company nor the front desk literally had no numbers or no information to tell me. After going up and forth to the room and front desk to figure it out the front desk practically told me to figure it out myself, but couldn't help to lead me in the right direction, and gave me attitude right from the beginning. Nice hotel, nice rooms, all of the other staff was friendly but I would NEVER come back after how I was treated with the front desk and how nobody had any information to anything. Both company's should be in contact with each other and on the same page. I'm hoping they don't give me any problems checking into my next room and checking out of the room I'm currently in. I would have booked through another hotel if I knew this would be the outcome.

Our first room smelled like smoke.
    Second rooms thermostat wouldn't work.
The maintenance man said he fixed it, but didn't. They wanted to send another maintenance man up but I had lost patience after an hour and a half.
I think they could have tried a little bit harder at this point to try to make us happy and insure I wouldn't be sitting here posting this.

Positives: great location, under 10 minute drive to beach near tons of restaurants and entertainment. City view is better than water view especially sunset. Room service was delicious!
Negatives: Called and requested extra pillows twice and never received them. Also the valet took 30 minutes to retrieve our car when we called ahead before we checked out. Main room was a little cramped (too much trying to be stuffed into the room).

Overall we'd stay again but definitely recommend customer service becomes more of a priority.

I wouldn't even give them one star after the hell this company put me through. After a five hour flight delay I arrived at 3 am with my booking confirmation. Luckily I scored a great deal online at the AAA website for $27.75 for a standard room. During arrival the staff stated it was a "glitch" in their system and that the room would actually cost $300. Mind you I am a young female college student looking for a place to stay before leaving the country to help volunteer with children. The manager had nothing to say or compensate for my time, energy and money ($32 round trip for taxi from airport to get there). He stated I could not stay there for anything less than $300 and that I had to leave to go sleep at the airport or anywhere else. The manager also stated that he called and emailed all of the other customers who booked with this price but could not reach out to me because he didn't have my email/phone. I showed him my phone and email on my confirmation page so clearly he was wrong and simply did not prioritize my stay. The staff was not remorseful and did not seem to be bothered with this severe issue they had caused me.
