I own my very first luxury SRX Cadillac and I absolutely love it! Thanks to James Harris with the assistance of the entire Taylor Cadillac personal they made me feel at ease with making such a big decision. I appreciate the additional extras, it really made me feel extra special! My brother was so pleased with the service that he witnessed he also bought a SRX Cadillac that very same day. We still should do a photo opt in front of the property with the two of our SRX's. Thanks again for everything!

I'm sorry I ever bought a Cadillac. Never in my life have I ever had to replace a motor or a differential. I had to PAY to replace both in the last year. None of which was my fault as I took very good care of my car. There should a been a recall on the motors as there were a lot of them made with a bad batch of pistons. The rear end should have been replaced under warranty after the third time I brought it in for repair. Now I am afraid to drive it. I can't trust it won't happen again. I bought a Cadillac thinking I was buying the best car made out there, but instead I found from hearing of the horror stories while sitting waiting for my oil change and my horror stories, that it's the worst car made out there and I will be sure to tell as many people as I can about the way you make and sale 'JUNK' It will sit in my yard and remind me everyday the pain it's put me through. As I cannot sale it to another unsuspecting buyer. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I put someone through what I have gone through. You would have thought this car would have lasted a long time without any major unnecessary repairs and it still might sitting doing nothing in my driveway.

During my first visit I told my sales person candy that I wanted an appraisal of my car and details on the possible purchase of a CT six and also an SUV but that I was not going to wait. She respected my wishes And emailed me the results of my request. After 30 some text back-and-forth we came to an agreement and I then return to the dealership and finalize my purchase

Everyone I encountered was very helpful and kind. Went to multiple other dealerships and they by far provided the best service with quality vehicles. When dealing with other places the cars were very shady to say the least. Taylor Cadillac provided great service with a selection of vehicles far beyond their competitors.
