Derek Weekley (Sales) 5 stars, great guy for which to work. Finance person 2 stars, I did not like being up-sold. I purchased a warranty that only gave me 24,000 miles – not worth the $ 1,400
Had a great experience at this dealership. Bought a used truck. The prices were fair and comparable to other dealerships in the area. The staff were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. After taking the truck home we found an issue with the rear bumper. The sales man went above and beyond to get the issue remedied for me. I would recommend Rush Ford to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.
I brought my 2007 Focus to Roush after a deer hit. The Roush Ford body shop was one of the preferred shops under my insurance and since my boyfriend gave high opinion of his experience with Roush Honda I made the decision to bring it in. From start to finish Joe in the body shop was very accommodating and kept me up to date with everything. He even called me to tell me that something was not replaced to his specifications and he would be fixing it himself, apologizing profusely that my car would take a little longer. The turn around was less than two weeks and they did a beautiful job! I got my car back today fully detailed and clean inside and out. Would definitely return.
I had been looking at many cars online. I came across my car on their site and the price was really good. I called them on my way there to make sure the car was still available. Mike Phillips made sure the car was still there and put it aside for me to test drive. The test drive took about 30 minutes. Mike knew a good route so I could drive the car on the freeway and some back roads too. No high pressure sales, he and Jason (the finance manager) ran some numbers, and 40 minutes later, the car was mine. It was a great experience and I love my car. I have been recommending them to everyone. Definitely worth the drive!
Excellent service, as usual, The main reason I have remained a recurring customer.
Many thanks to service writer, Pete Harper, he took the extra time to explain the
reason for the recall correction.
I was pleased to see , the new owners, made a smooth changeover.
My sales person--( Abbe Wallace ) made a very good impression on my
wife and I. She was quick to point out the fact that the Fusion, we were
interested in, had twin turbocharged power as standard equipment.
Abbe was quick to answer any questions we had and she was very
knowledgeable about the Fusion. She explained each of the new high tech features.
If you are thinking of making a purchase of a new Ford @ Roush Ford
I suggest you ask for Abbe Wallace, to assist you,
I'm thinking, that the fact the dealership is now a employee owned
company----- they seem to be more helpful and friendly.
Ron and Sally Dawson---very happy new Fusion owners.
We are new to this area and needing a new car; we had been searching out cars and dealerships on line. I had even communicated with several by internet and by phone. Then a saw an ad from Roush Ford..and called. I spoke to Mike Phillips. Unlike the others I had spoken to on the phone..he was interested in 'helping me'I could tell the others were not wanting to 'help me' but sell a car. My husband and I went into Roush and met himand he was just the nicest person. He was 'helpful' in getting us to where we wanted to goand very knowledgeablevery thorough. I would recommend Mike and Roush to anyone. They will get you to where you want to goand help you in making the choice you want. Thanks Mike.
Michael Phillips is the salesman to see ! He gave us a great deal on a Ford Escape. They are very fast to get you approved and out the door to enjoy your newer car. Very impressed!
My dad had Randy Reece when he bought his Truck, really great guy. I have been emailing Blake, but he wasn't available at the time I wanted to check out a new car and so we went to Randy. Best choice we could have ever met. He has your interest at heart and very sweet. Great dealership, with great hospitality. I definitely recommend Randy and the choosing Roush Ford.
Blake was whom I kept emailing back it forth. He was great. He has the same car that I was looking out and was willing to explain everything to me. He was great about meeting my wants for my trade in value. He is a very busy man so he wasn't able to help me when I came in the dealership to look at other cars due to other appointments. But he was great about emailing me, calling me, and even giving me a follow up text after I left the dealership. I would recommend Blake as well.
Roush Ford made the car buying experience a pleasant one for me. I'll always remember the kindness shown by the staff (Randy, Greg, and Dalton). Their passion for Ford was what made me certain that I'd made the right choice. I was able to talk back and forth with Randy over email given my busy schedule and he happily accommodated. I love my new 2017 Mustang GT, and I'll remember this experience forever! You have a Ford customer, gents. Thank you!
I had been looking for a newer vehicle, with much better gas mileage than my 2011 Expedition for a month or so. Calling local dealerships, taking in and being valued on trade in. The prices I looked at online before going to dealerships for trade in and what I was offered was about 2,000 to 5,000 off what KBB told me. This was 4 different dealerships. So it is a common thing.
I received an email and a phone call from Michael Phillips asking when I could stop by and take a look. I explained to him that I was over 2 hours away and would not be there until the weekend and asked him to let me know if the vehicle I was interested in was still there. I got a call Saturday morning stating it was still there. I told him I would be there in the afternoon sometime after I got done with some other things. I did not make it, and did not call to say I would not be there. Mike sent me a message stating that they would be closing soon. I explained, and apologized for not being in contact with him. My next available day would be Wednesday, don't hold the car and let me know if it is available Wednesday about 2pm, would be there by 6pm. I drove to Roush Ford, me Mike and he said he had 3 different model versions I might like.
I test drove one which had what I was looking for and a great price.
Went in and started the process. Roush made a reasonable offer for my trade, not where I wanted to be, but it is what goes on when you trade a vehicle in that is not in perfect mint condition. We got the deal done and I drove a great vehicle home that night with only my trade and a letter from my bank on the financing. My check came in and I drove it up there. I had left a couple things of minor value in the trade in, When I got there I was greeted warmly and welcomed back. I handed over my check, and they handed over the phone charger, the audio cable and most importantly the garage door opener I left in it, I had a great experience, worth the drive. Mike and Jason were great, when in the market for a newer vehicle I will be returning. Thank you for a great experience.
