On our way to see family for the holidays the truck started having issues. Thank goodness for Dave Arbogast! My husband drove over first thing in the morning. They took the truck in right away. We're still waiting but are so impressed with the customer service, knowledge, and efficiency here. If we lived closer this would be our dealership!

Saw a vehicle on line on Thursday afternoon and spoke with Steve on Friday about financing the vehicle and about going there to pick up the van. The following Monday Steve called and made such a great offer that I flew into Dayton on Wednesday. Seneca and Mr York were very helpful they ensured that my paperwork was ready for signing✍🏼✍🏼. There were no surprises no additional fees everything went so smoothly. 🤔🤔My only complaint was there is a lot of paperwork to sign which is normal with financing. Steve 👍🏼👍🏼was such a great help he ensured the van was prepped and ready to go, he made sure I was comfortable in the van, and that knew how to opperate the equipment in the van. Thank you again Steve for making the process go so smoothly and for making sure my van was squared away and ready for me and my 650+ mile trip back to the big🍎🍎.

I purchased my Buick Enclave last month from Dave McMaken and I absolutely love my new car! Dave was excellent to work with from the time I first stepped foot on the lot to checking in after the sale. He even came to my work and put on my new plates for me when I couldn't pick them up right away! In November of 2016 we purchased our 9 passenger conversion van with the help of Mike Force. He was very friendly and always got back to us quickly with the information we requested. Since we were buying the vehicle from out of state, we asked Mike to personally inspect the vehicle and provide his honest and thorough description of the vehicle's condition. He provided us with the information we requested and we felt very comfortable purchasing the vehicle and having it shipped to our home. After we received the vehicle, we noticed a few things that we felt were missed upon inspection, but Mike was quick to help us come to a resolution regarding those issues. We were very thankful for the customer service we received and in the timely manner it was given. We would trust doing business with Mike at Dave Arbogast again.

Just really disappointed, first time car buyer did everything right, car properly maintained got every warranty I could on the car it's just been a nightmare. Engine shut down been stranded for days waiting for warranty to be approved. Just wish the services was better, I understand the policy but after explaining my situation I wish there was more that could be done beside quoting policy, may have even cost me my job (6 days off and counting ). Great at selling cars but buyers should be very cautious about the warranties and services. I plan to get rid of it as soon as I get it back.
I hope no one has my experience as a first time car buyer from Dave Arbogast.

Jon Weigel helped us buy our car last week. I dragged my wife who didn't want a new car and does not like going to car dealerships because of the pushy salesman. We also had our eight month old with us which we knew would be twice as difficult. Jon was incredible. Not only was he relaxed and let US truly make the decision about the car, but he was so accommodating with our son and all of our needs. They gave me the best offer on my trade in and we ended up purchasing our new SUV for our expanding family. Great dealer and great customer service!

Dave Arbogast Buick restores my confidence in car dealerships. Kevin Richardson restores my confidence in car salesmen. This is my second car purchase from Kevin in pre-owned cars. Kevin made sure everything I was concerned about happen. Even a couple of unusual things 2 weeks after the sale, Kevin made sure was fixed to my satisfaction! Compared to a salesman and dealership in Dayton my son and I dealt with in November, Kevin and Dave Arbogast far surpass that experience. I was with Kevin and on my way home in a new car in 2 hours tops. Kevin went above and beyond to satisfy me! They also gave me a great trade in value! I tell all my friends to go talk to Kevin! I will continue to buy cars from Kevin and Dave Arbogast in the future!

Very friendly and capable dealership where I was treated like family the moment I walked through the front door. I came in with no credit history yet Josh was able to assist me in financing a quality car with a payment plan that fit my budget and with very low interest. Everyone at Dave Says Yes is great! I have purchased both of my vehicles there and would not go anywhere else. My salesman was Terry and he made the process very easy and comfortable. He really strived to make my experience a top priority and you can tell that he and the other salesmen truly care about their customers. Terry was extremely friendly and not at all pushy.
