Great place! Food was excellent! Service even better! I most definitely will come back again. I am not from Chicago, so it's nice to have a place that I know will be perfect every time when I visit. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

Reasonably priced fir a Loop location. Friendly service. Good menu selection-several vegetarian options. Not sure about booze quality or options. Decent desserts. Easy to reach downtown theaters from here.

The best service I have ever experienced they not only are extremely friendly, but take care of you as if you are vip. Bartender left the bar and walked us to the back elevator and rode with us. Excellent staff, beautiful views and great food. It’s a must-go.

The host (owner) was rude and clueless. I had called earlier to make a reservation but he denied it.

After the lady who took the call showed up and confirmed I called, he grudgingly added my name.

Turns out he is the owner and probably forgot that he is in the service business. The manager and wait staff were nice and make up for his behavior. Good location. Mediocre food. Terrible Experience.

Presented without reservation but got seated promptly. Guinness on tap! Wait staff very attentive. Had the salmon burger which was excellent! Dessert also delicious. Very nice ambience.

Food was decent. Nothing outstanding. The manager here was extremely rude! We had a reservation for a small group and wanted to sit outside. He wouldn't even let us go check. Every question we asked was answered with "why?" It was clear he hated his job and customers were an annoyance. There are enough better restaurants in the city that I wouldn't waste my time here again.

Came in on a Sunday evening late last year and was treated very well. The waiter knew his menu and had great suggestions. Personally, I'm a burger kind of guy, so when I ordered their staple burger (dont remember the name) they got right the simplest thing that you can do for a great burger: season the meat. Nothing fancy, just salt and pepper. Their beer selection was good, the service was good and I loved the atmosphere. This place will be a staple for my Chicago visits.

The interior is nice and comfortable. No complaints with the staff; they were friendly and accommodating. The food seemed overcooked and either lacked flavor or was over-seasoned. Prices didn't seem appropriate for the underwhelming experience.

This restaurant might have a prime location, but it seems like it's resting on laurels that are no longer deserved. Observing other patrons, most other diners were on the older end and several other tables were visibly disappointed with their meals. There didn't seem to be anything unique or compelling about this restaurant.

10 of us had a business lunch here. We were seated quickly and the service was very good. Prices are reasonable and the salads and sandwich portions are large. Most at our table took food back to the office. The quality of the food is excellent.

Great food, wonderful location. We ate in the dining room, which was very cozy. Prime rib chili and the club sandwich we very tasty. Two people could split the club! Our waiter, Bill, was friendly and anticipated all of our needs. Good time.

I came here with some friends and we were able to have drinks on the rooftop. The view was very pretty. The have these fire pits in this tall box features that looked really cool and modern. Drinks were good too.

Nice atmosphere. Nice food and drink selection. Food was prompt and excellent. I got "The dude abides" and the Mac and cheese. I would recommend both. The waitress was weirdly enthusiastic, but that didn't spoil the experience.

I've tried this place about 5 different times over the last 2 years and only once was I not offended by the staff. The food is good but the service is lacking. I believe the staff is pretentious, extremely moody and unaware.

The one time I went there with good service was for a small private dinner hosted by a hedge fund manager I know whose firm occupies a large space at One Prudential. They know him by name and it set the bar. Every other time I went was extremely below that bar, hence the assumption that they are pretentious. Those times (each serviced by different staff) I or my guests were ignored, fussed at by the waiter for not being clear on requests the first time (it was so odd), or noted irritation from the wait staff or bar staff when asked about the menu or special.

If you want good food and drinks while trying to prove you are worthy of good treatment this is your place. If you want to be treated with dignity or respect find some other place. I recommend the REMINGTON two blocks South on Randolph. They have an excellent menu and matching service. Even better patio in the summer season.
