The mac and cheese, hummus, and pretzel bites are super delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!
Nice stay at Wyndham and even nicer dinner in Hoyt's. Location is very convenient and walking distance to most of the tourist attractions Chicago has to offer. Staff was amazing, although seriously understaffed compared to volume of the guests they've been handling that night we were in. Food was delicious, and came out pretty quick considering the fact that restaurant was at it's max capacity. Bo the manager took time to check up on us and cater all of our needs(and we were needy, sorry Bo). He is a prime example of what modern hospitality should look like and valuable asset to Wyndham! Thank you for making our stay memorable, we look forward to coming back and seeing you later this year.
Barman talking sports with buddies, bus boy had to get his attention. 9 dollar beer in a greasy glass. Got to bus our own table, they need a busboys busboy I guess. At those prices they could afford it.
The skirt steak was good. Nice atmosphere to watch conference finals.
What a disappointment this place is. We never went back.
Delicious food!! recommend if your staying at wyndham grand, or just passing by!!
Nice place and great service.
The restaurant is attached to the Wyndham hotel. We were provided vouchers for a free breakfast with our room. Come into the restaurant this morning to a 30 minute wait and 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. We have finally been seated but continue to wait for our food. Not even sure we'll stay for the food as our wait approaches 1 hour.
Went there with a couple of people for their burgers. There was no cutlery at first, which they replaced after some time with some plastic one. Calamari was alright and fresh. Midway through, there was some commotion in the kitchen and our server comes out, informing us that the burgers we had ordered were going to be replaced with some other burger option that wasn't even on the menu. We had no say in the matter. Our new order came out, which just happened to be burgers with awful and overlooked meat, a dollop of veggies(lettuce, onions, tomatoes ) with no sauce on the inside. Fries had no seasonings well. The most outrageous thing was paying $17 for each of these burgers that were worse than a mcchicken.
It seems like we may have went at a bad time as we heard some loud noises in the kitchen and servers going around their tables informing people if their orders had been changed.
I'm sure their food could be given another try but my first impression of this business was that it was very disorganized.
