  After being a Swarovski member for many years me and my friend were racially profiled today, They did not acknowledge us and completely ignored us but were extremely friendly to Spanish customers and assisted them glady. When it was time to check out this lady name “Ana G “made it such a hassle to add points to my profile I felt extremely uncomfortable and she had a terrible attitude. I will not return to this location !

  we went here to look for my sister's jewelry for her wedding. I must say there was a guy in there who was so sweet and so very helpful.

  Came back to buy a gift, earlier in the day associate told me the store doesn't close till 8. Came back at 7 to associates already counting the register, refused to sell me anything. Very inconsiderate! Ty for wasting my time and scewing up my Vday present

  This place was good, employees were really cool and kept informing us about the various products like its history and manufacturing process. Not sure if they're paid on commission but I didn't feel pressured to buy from them which was nice. Would definitely come back

  They have up to -75%. Assortment is not huge but you can find some stuff. And one remark: it's an outlet stow and they do not accept returns or exchanges from regular retail stores.
