Overall very good experience. Office was clean and efficient. Did not have to wait awhile for visit. Staff were friendly and professional. Doctor was quick and thorough. Best part about my visit, staff did not upsell me on un-necessary treatment or procedures.

Excellent service with a very professional and friendly staff. Dentists goes out her way to make sure you are comfortable, you understand everything that is going on, and that all questions are answered before leaving. Not to mention very affordable.

Everyone was very nice but
Front desk gentleman doesnt know how to keep the mask over his nose after over a year of covid
I got a quick tour with a request to review before ever sitting down in the dentist chair
The dentist came in and at first said everything looks good, THEN he looked closer to actually find issues, then when he was ending the session, I reminded him he never even looked in my mouth!
I was supposed to receive my treatment plan that never came and when I called a few days later I was told only ONE person can send it to me and he will be out all week for seminars. I had to chase them down, speak to several ppl over several days and still never got the treatment plan. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I'm sure they're good at what they do but my case was handled poorly and nothing excuses lack of vigilance during this pandemic.

Paperwork was emailed and finished before I arrived, they took me in right away (on time)
ALL the staff was amazing! They explained what I needed done and have a Great affordable plan put in place. I felt really comfortable with Dr Baez was very professional efficient and Quick . The place is really clean. Front desk staff made my visit really easy. I left the dentist and was actually excited to make another appointment!

This dental office is amazing from the receptionist, dental assistant and the dentist if I could give them 💯 I would. Great atmosphere, very clean , they make you feel special. I'm afraid of dentist but here I was feeling very comfortable. I love them all. Congrats for the amazing job that you all are doing.

I was going to change this office since my dentist left. I was told that doctor Baez from Largo just joined this office. I wasn't sure since Mr. Baez was young. Now after he did a great professional work with my tooth crown I'm happy that made a right decision. I think if he decide to move to another office I would follow. Doctor Baez has a great knowledge, strong hands and give a thorough explanation of your options. Glad to have such a great doctor.

They will be my go to dentist for any issue they are the best from service to the work the do.. I felt so comfortable doing my root canal. No pain what's so ever. I recommend them 100 % u won't be disappointed

They take the money for the service they have not done.Simple" tooth extraction - permanent tooth that is me.Range $110.00 to $220.00.A "simple" extraction refers to the standard, uncomplicated removal of a permanent tooth. (This would be a "typical" or "routine" tooth extraction.)
They charge me B) "Surgical" tooth extraction - permanent tooth.Range $185.00 to $370.00 Charge me $400.00!!!As an example of when this procedure might be needed, a tooth that has broken off at or below the gum line might have to be removed "surgically."Be careful before you take any service with this dental office.

This was my first time here as I had just recently moved from up north and needed a new dentist. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. I was greeted and welcomed when entering the office. I received a tour of the facility, received a welcome letter, and there was even a welcome sign in my exam room. The doctor and staff were very friendly and did an awesome job!

Love it here. Found this place a few years ago when I had a chipped tooth. They fixed me up right away. Appointments are always carried out right on time, everyone is friendly, and I get text reminders about cleanings/appointments. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the most efficient and professional office I've experienced. The dentist I've been to is Vera. She is totally competent and well trained! Not only myself but my family all agree that we enjoy going to the dentist now!

They were very good. Dr. Vera is great. She is very warm and professional. She did a great job on my crown. My kids also went for a cleaning and cavity . I feel safe that they are not telling me to fix things that are not a problem, especially for the kids. I have been to other dentists where they said my son had 3 cavities and needed teeth removed for over crowding and I came here and they said he was fine.

Just and amazing doctor, I was referred by my mother Dr. Marc Frankel and his staff are amazing there expertise in dealing with my teeth I had so many issues with my teeth. The experience for me was as if I was not at a dentist office at all. When I first walked in Jaime the receptionist greeted me with a smile, she was amazing and her knowledge concerning my insurance. When I need immediate attention they see me right away.The hygienist Lilly did a through job on cleaning my teeth, Dr Frankel put me at ease whenever I needed major work and a bridge put in he does everything with such ease and calmness. He is truly a professional and so amazing!!

I love Dr.Frankel he is so professional and kind. Dr.Frankel knows exactly what he is doing. The atmosphere in his office is so warm and kind it makes you feel welcomed. I got a my feelings done by Dr.Frankel and honestly i didn't feel a thing and i was very relaxed and calm due to Dr.Frankel. You will not go wrong with choosing Dr.Frankel he is beyond the best of the best.

I never thought that I would enjoy going to the dentist!

I went in because I lost a crown on a Friday afternoon, and I had a wedding to attend on Saturday. First, let me tell you how hard it is to find a dentist that works on Friday They scheduled me for that same day!

The staff was courteous and very polite. Dr Frankel was professional, and fixed me up in no time at all. The best part of allit was painless!

At my old Dentist (that is not available on Fridays), my insurance was always a hassle. The receptionist here was very knowledgeable on my insurance plan and pointed out that I still had unused benefits left and that I should take advantage of them before they expire. I asked her to schedule me for a cleaning right away!

I'm not sure what side of the bed that last reviewer woke up on I can only speak from my experience. All I know is that I've got a new dentist to go to and I couldn't be happier.

Thanks Doc! I really appreciate you taking care of me on such a short notice.
