  This people work very good in creating ideas for the pergola there products are good and it came out very nicely done. They take a little long but the work is perfect. The people are very nice to work with.

  Bad experience with Patio King and Andres. Definitely would not recommend this company. We contacted Andres for an outdoor kitchen based on his good reviews and his website. He came, we talked about the project, and he said he was going to send a proposal within two or three days, but he never did. Texted, called, and emailed him for more than four weeks to ask about our promised estimate. Every time he apologized, said he was "busy" and that he was going to send the estimate on the following day. After more than a month of contacting him on a weekly basis and waiting to receive the estimate, we got tired of being ignored and not respected. He actually never replied to our last attempt to communicate and find out if he was interested in working on the project or not. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

  I met Andres online and wasn’t sure if I could trust him but at the end he is a very trust worthy guy. Came through with his word big time. I bought all the appliances from him. Only thing I regret is not hiring him to do the entire job. I decided to do project myself and it was the worst decision I did. Project took forever and ended up costing me almost double. For my next one I will hire Andres to do the entire job!

  ok-we shopped around because everyone wants to save a few bucks. We went to Patio king looking for an outdoor kitchen. I thought they were too high. My neighbor recommended one of those "contractor dudes" to build it. You knw the story, he was a lot cheaper, I paid some money, he started the job and then dissappeared. This was TWO weeks before our 4th of July party-big party. I went back to Patio king, explained what happened and they jumped on it. In the end, after adding up their high-quality equipment and materials they really werent THAT much more! Their staff really knows what they are doing. I was helped by Andres who mentioned he has over 15 years experience in this business. The other guy Christian has been doing it for 25!. This experience taught me, cheaper is not always a "better deal". Im going more for value and experience from now on, not just price
