I had a bouquet of sympathy flowers sent to friend in Plantation Fl. The butterflies were missing but when I contacted the florist (via email) they promptly sent another vase with extra flowers and the butterflies. Great 👍 experience! Thank you from PA.

My husband came home on a Friday afternoon with the most unique and gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen as a "just because" surprise (The rectangle arrangement in the pics) . We had some bad experiences with florists, store bought, or website ordered flowers in the past (most recently on valentines day a few weeks ago), so he spent a lot of time researching to find a locally owned shop that had great reviews. When he picked it up he was so thrilled with how it turned out and the customer service he got while he was there. He also loved that it was a family owned business. Long story short everything was awesome until the very next afternoon when we noticed several of the purple roses were already wilting. He was crushed and I was furious that he had put so much time and effort (not to mention money) into doing something so special only for it to last for a single day. By this time the shop was closed and wouldn't be open again until the following Monday. I went ahead and took some pics of the wilting arrangement and emailed them to the shop as well as left a voice message asking if they would make it right. I honestly wasn't holding my breath due to past experiences and thought we might get a simple "sorry" message in response if anything. First thing Monday morning however, the shop called me back and were so apologetic and offered to make us a new arrangement once they got fresh flowers in that they then hand delivered so my husband wouldn't have to make time to go back by (he works at a hospital so it's hard with his schedule). I think (if its even possible) the new arrangement is even more gorgeous than the first! We were SO impressed by their professionalism and their willingness to make the situation right. They have definitely earned our business in the future and we will be recommending them to everyone we know. It's not often that you find a company these days that goes the extra mile but Plantation Florist-Floral Promotions does.

I was very happy to find a high-quality local florist that accommodated me with my wishes until I was totally satisfied. I wanted to send a floral arrangement for my niece’s wedding supper table . Everything was done with care and was highly professional even the delivery . This says it all , this is the text message from my niece: “ Oh my gosh these are gorgeous literally the prettiest !!

I just received a delivery from Floral Promotions in Plantation, Florida that is truly spectacular. The arrangement contains pink hydrangeas as well as pink tulips and lilies and could not be more gorgeous. Floral Promotions is my go-to for any occasion. They offer personal service and attention. I placed a phone order for my sister who had undergone surgery and was recovering in a local hospital. The gentleman who took my order, (I believe his name was Paul), was so incredibly gracious and helpful to me. He never tried to press me into spending more and was confident that he could put together a very nice flower arrangement. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and thoughtfulness exhibited by this business!

Floral promotions did the flowers for my wedding which were gorgeous and their service was incredible. My wedding was at a county park and any vendor had to be on the approved vendor list which I didn't realize that Floral Promotions wasn't until after we had put our deposit down. They happily did the paper work to become an approved vendor. I was so relieved and thankful for their work. Highly recommend them for your wedding!

We have used Plantation Florist/Floral Promotions for many years & find them to do excellent work. They will go the extra mile in delivering their floral arrangements and are professional and courteous. On one occasion, they were willing to attempt delivery at multiple addresses until the owner was finally found for the delivery. Have never heard any type of complaint on their arrangements or their deliveries. We will continue to use them in the future for all of our flower and plant orders! Thank you.

Gail and Paul did an amazing job for my daughters wedding. The floral arrangements were SPECTACULAR. Gail and Paul are incredible to work with and pay attention to detail. Gail and the team at Plantation Florist were absolutely incredible! Not only were the flowers for our wedding beautiful, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces stayed fresh all night long. Gail took inspiration from a few Pinterest photos that I showed her in our consultation and created centerpieces and a chuppah better than I could have imagined (and within our budget). Delivery and set up went off without a hitch on the day of. Service was great! I live out of state and ordered birthday flowers for a client in Plantation. I bypassed using FTD, or similar services, since I usually don't get a good product. I found Plantation Florist on line (had five star reviews so I called them). I can understand why they get five stars! Paul, the owner, was extremely helpful and my client loved the flowers. To top it off, they actually sang happy birthday to her when they delivered the flowers. I rarely write reviews; but, this was worth it. I'll be using them again; and, so will my client.

This was probably the best experience we have had ordering flowers ever. We were in a different county and after looking at their website, we asked if they could make us one beautiful arrangements combining three different items so we had something special for our coworker who was in the hospital.
