The ordering process was simple on line. It only took me a couple of minutes to find what I wanted. The flowers were beautiful. And the driver went out of his way to get my delivery there, after I neglected to leave the gate code in the special directions box. I had received a voicemail , which I returned about an hour after he was at the property . He was a long ways away by that time, and he told me he would come back and deliver the flowers on his way home! 👍🏻 Great customer service!! I will be using them again!

My wife received her tulip bouquet today and it is the most pathetic looking bouquet I have ever seen. They were drooping and scattered about like no care at all was taken when preparing it. I was so embarrassed when she walked in the door holding them. She deserved way better than what looked like the work of a five year old. Hard to believe they were okay letting this out the door. I paid $80 for this garbage.

I received an arrangement for my birthday through this florist via FTD. I had been out during the day when the flowers arrived and when I came home I found this beautiful arrangement on my porch. The arrangement consisted of lilies and lots of other white flowers and greenery. the lilies were absolutely breathtaking and the most beautiful I had ever seen and lasted quite a long time. I was very impressed with this florist and would definitely use them again.

I randomly chose this florist from Google site and was extremely happy I did. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and when they were delivered to her they had added a box of chocolates for her. The photos I received of the arrangement were much more than I expected and am grateful I dealt with Joel at this local establishment. I will refer and continue to do my florist business with them.

Wish I could write this review with zero stars.
I ordered an arrangement which was to be delivered on the 31st of December, it is now the 1st of January 2017 and still the arrangement has not been delivered, no apology, no compensation and poor customer service. NEVER!! EVER!! AGAIN!!!

First time dealing with them, and will definitely choose them again next time I need an arrangement. Ordered a standing spray for a memorial service and was very pleased with both the flowers and the level of service. Liked the delivery confirmation and appreciated the customer service from Joel. Hope to browse the gift shop next time. Definitely recommend Century.

First time I use a Florist service in my whole life. I recommend this florist to everyone. They did an excellent job for me. Do not even read the bad reviews, that is a waste of time. Before going there I saw the bad reviews but I did not care, because there is too many people out there that is really picky and any little detail will bother them. A good customer service is not just about if flowers are fresh or not so fresh, if the prices are high or no so high. It is about the human part of the people that take care of the business too. Since I stepped into the florist place until I had the confirmation that the delivery was successfully done I can say I am more than happy for the service received.
