I brought my wife's 2018 Equinox in for an oil change & tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment online for 7:30AM. I arrived at 7:15 where I was greeted by Brad in the Service Dept. Things could not have went any smoother! Great job Suski. Thanks Brad!

I do have to say they are willing to make things right. They managed to mess up my drain plug when doing an oil change my previous visit. This resulted in some major work needing to be done to my car. They took care of me however! They gave me a rental and did all the repair work at there expense.

Dennis Joseph is excellent. He set up the maintenance on my vehicle and gave me a car to drive as I had my daughter with me, we were shopping at Birch Run. He texted when my car was ready and that was that. Excellent service. A real sweetheart.

Elvis (and the crew) always do an awesome job on my vehicle when I have an issue. They always call before they do the work to ensure I am ok with the price, and it is usually cheaper than the quoted price. Great job guys.

As always, Tina, the service writer was very professional, thorough, and helpful. She kept me informed of the progress of my repair and told me when the job was completed. The car was returned promptly and the work appears to have been done properly. The cashier was friendly and cooperative.

I planned to stay while my brakes were being replaced. After 45 minutes I was informed it would be a couple more hours. I only planned to be there 2 hours. I was offered a ride home. This save me time since I had work at home to do. When it done later I was picked up. A very nice convenience.

We were traveling from Livonia to Harbor Springs and stopped at Birch Run for some shopping when we noticed our tire was losing air fast. Pulled in to the service dept and was initially told there was a bunch people in front of us and it would take 3 hours or so to get the tire fixed. Thanks to the service manager he was able to get us back on the road in about 1 hour. Super nice people at this location. Thank you.

Sales team will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. The lobby is 1st class offering various food and drinks. I have bought all 3 of my vehicles from them. Havent had the best experiences with service though not the fault of the company as a whole.

The service is second to none. I made a phone call regarding a reduced engine power light and was told that their was a recall to fix only if the problem occurred. Brittany came and picked up my car from work, left a loaner and returned before I was back from lunch. Excellent communication with the service and Brad.
