Great customer service and went out of their way to help me! After I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website, I called in and got a hold of Courtney McNab. She was so polite and helpful in getting me in contact with the right people to help me get a new car.
Brian Compton worked with me on getting the car. He was patient, and answered any difficult questions I had, while keeping in touch through the process whenever any hurdles came up, so that I wasn't left in the dark on anything. Through the whole process, he was polite and funny, making sure I understood all steps in getting this car.
Both Courtney and Brian worked around my tight schedule to make getting my car an easy and enjoyable experience. Thanks guys!response / report this review -

What a pleasure to meet such a caring and genuinely friendly Sales Rep like Brian Compton.
My son was getting into his first vehicle and Brian was a refreshing change to the high pressure environment that usually is prevalent in the sales field.
My son and I picked out the vehicle and the price was good, the financing was at an excellent rate for a first time buyer, and the vehicle was absolutely as clean as a whistle upon picking it up! Brian went over and above the sales approach and took time to lend special attention and care to my son who was absolutely over the top with Brian and the vehicle. He then followed up with a call to make certain all was well with the vehicle, and it is.
We will definitely return to Randy Wise Ford and to Brian in the near future again.

Worst service when I purchased my vehicle over in the Pre Owned vehicle Ford dealership. Marty court was my sales guy who assisted me. I was told I would be getting the best interest rate available for a loan, as if they decided this for me. I told them I wanted to go through my bank. The employees there garenteeed the best rate. I checked with my bank on this the next day after purchased and I found out it was inaccurate information. I also was told my newer vehicle was Ford certified which I also found out it was not. I was also told that the tires and brakes were new and later I found they were not. I paid close to top dollar on this newer vehicle then after owning it for approximately 6 months of having to replace the tires out of my own expense. I confronted the dealership and they are willing to do nothing or take responsibility
for their actions. Beware do not believe what they are selling you. Do your research and make sure the information they are telling you is accurate. My vehicle was also not detailed and I only wanted the seats cleaned. It took the dealership 3 attempts to complete this task. Poor customer service all around.response / report this review -

John Durand was great. My son's lease was up and he told John what kind of Mustang he wanted. John found the only one in the area that perfectly matched what my son wanted. My son has a very busy schedule with school and work and was unable to drive out to the dealership, 35 miles away. John went out of his way to arrange to deliver the new Mustang to our house, have my son sign the lease papers, and take back the end lease car to the dealership. John made leasing a car from Randy Wise Ford a great easy experience.

They always get the parts quick. Next day so ill use them in a pinch if i need it quick and cant wait ill pay the premium. but they seem to be the most expensive source for those parts.

Bought a great looking truck from them. 11 days later the transmission started to go. Took it to my mechanic who showed me the chunks of metal in the trans pan and also the rear end leak that had been there for some time. So much for the supposed multi point inspection and great service records. Took it back to them on day 13 of owning the lemon. I was basically told to kick rocks unless I wanted to pay them full price for parts and labor wich would be well over 3500 bucks.after the 22 grand i spent 13 days prior. What a jokethanks Randy Wise Ford for teaching me a very expensive lesson. I will make it my life goal to tell everyone i know to avoid you like the plague.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY OF THE RAMDY WISE FORD DEALERSHIPS. I purchased 2 new vehicles within 18 months from Randy Wise Ford. A 2014 Ford F150 and a 2016 Ford Explorer. After 2 weeks my Ford Explorer Transmission was giving me problems hanging up in first gear and shifting hard. I had it in 2 times and they said they found nothing wrong with it. So the next time I took a video to show them. They said they couldnt help me and excused me. Then it wouldnt shift and i tried to take it in. They said they couldnt get me in for 1 1/2 weeks. Waited and called back to get it in and they said their transmission guy was out. They then made me take it all the way to their Auto Mall in flint. Within an hour of dropping it off they said my trans was shot. They then rebuilt it and it failed after 2 weeks. I spoke to the GM there and he said he would take care of me. Keep in mind my vehicle applies to all of the Lemon Law criteria. Not just one but all!! The GM from Flint offered me a trade in of 2/3 the value owed and when i said no he then said he couldnt help me. Incompitent and crooks. Do not biy a vehicle at any location as they will not service ypu properly nor do they value a customer.

Clean, friendly and fast service department. Dave in new cars sales is easy going. The lot is a little small but better now that used car sales have relocate nextdoor.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased with John Durand. Both times he took great care of me, got me what I was looking for and treated me like a member of his family. His son, Johnny works side by side with him and does a great job of emulating his father's great customer service skills. They are both an absolute joy to work with and they have earned my loyalty from here forward. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and have never had such a smooth and painless buying experience. I want to thank both of them, as well as the Finance Manager, Bill Bowren for such an awesome experience. You guys ROCK!!!!!

Made a spontaneous trip to Randy Wise as my lease was getting close to being over on the miles with 6 months left to go and ended up with a new lease the next day! Dr. Dave Swanson, the Car-Deal-Ologist, really did his job well and quickly in order to save me from a heart attack! Did not want to be over my miles! He went over and above what I expected to get me as many rebates as possible. He has a great sense of humor and makes the buying/leasing process a breeze! He really wants to make his customers happy and will constantly check in with you to make sure you understand everything. For a 22 year old and only my 2nd lease, that is quite a plus! Young folks, head on in to Randy Wise Ford and ask for Dave! He won't let you down!
