Eric Boitos is the best!!!!! He has gone above and beyond any service that I have ever had. I can't say enough about him. I needed my car repaired , but I would not get my paycheck until a couple of days later. They were out of rentals too. Eric got my repairs done and my car to me by the end of the day. My maintenance is up to date, because he always lets me know what I need done. When I get another car, I am getting it from Al Serra. I brag about the service all of the time. Eric makes staying with Al Serra easy. I am truly a happy and satisfied customer.

What I was REALLY pleased about was the time it took to complete the transaction. They hadn't started to clean the car until Greg and I showed up (??), but Greg got through the paperwork quickly. I have had new cars all my life and I am very picky about how I am treated and the outcome. Greg was grounded, no high airs about him and willing to work with me.

I have been buying cars from Mark for quite a few years now and have never had a bad experience. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to make it GREAT EXPERIENCE. Nothing but praise for Mark. I have had a lot of friends and family go to Mark for their car buying needs and they all have nothing but good things to say and also recommend him. Thanks for being there!

i scheduled an oil change, got there on time and the change was done faster than i expected. you cannot ask for more than that. good work, good quality and customer satisfaction. That is what we all want.

i had something done to my 2002 jeep and they treated it with the respect they would to one just off the line. i've never seen such an immaculate auto repair place. the people were great, very little waiting, good fresh coffee, comfortable chairs. beautiful showroom added to to the ambiance. actually enjoyed the wait. impressive!

They were great about letting me drop my car off early, and pick it up after work. They even offered me a ride to work if i needed it! They also called me to let me know when the car was ready for pick up and they were very knowledgeable and informative about other thing that may need to be replaced soon on my vehicle. Thanks AL Serra for helping me keep my vehicle in good condition
When it came time for me to turn in my lease and purchase a new car:
They were upfront about the cost - no hidden fees! They were very Attentive to doing things the right way, and making sure it gets done asap - no waiting around forever just so they can try to make you say yes to something you don't want like other dealerships do. I wasn't referred to Karla by no one, we just happened to be welcomed to the dealership by her. After buying our first vehicle, I knew exactly who I'd be going to visit to purchase a vehicle from. Karla is very friendly, honest and makes you feel comfortable know she will do everything she can to assist you in finding the right vehicle! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My experience at Al Serra with salesman, Ron Allen was terrific!! He works hard to make things happen for you. He is a honest man and puts any fears to rest. That is why I went to Ron for the second time. I turned in my 2014 Chev. Cruze leased car and got a new lease, a 2017 Chev. Cruze I always worry about cost and Ron works his magic. He is a no nonsense guy. He is in the Used car building. Look him up whether looking for a new or used car!. He gets you what you want and need.

Josh was very personable and patient. Business with Josh was not like your typical sales representative who is only out to get the sale and move on to the next. Josh really listens to what the consumer wants and doesn't want and he delivers. There is no "small print" with Josh; he's very genuine. Honesty, trustworthiness, understanding and patience are valuable to me as a customer and Josh gave me that. He's a great asset to the Al Serra team. Thanks Josh!

Daniel was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable (he knew there was a problem simply by turning the car on, and well before he knew the check engine light was on), he explained things in really simplistic, easily understandable language (I know NOTHING about cars, and felt I had a reasonable understanding of what was wrong, and why it was something I should get fixed) and he was ENDLESSLY patient with me as I asked (lots, and I'm certain repetitive) questions. I'd absolutely recommend him to family or friends, and hope the next time I come in for service, he's the person I work with.

This experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jacob and the team were very friendly, humorous, and easy to communicate with.despite it being 7am in the morning haha. Thanks again, I will definitely be returning more frequently to have my vehicle serviced with Al Serra. Oh! And having the option to use a loaner while my vehicle is in for a simple oil change (+transmission flush) was a big bonus as I was expecting to have to sit there. Thanks again!!!

I had previously purchased a vehicle in Sept 2016 from Tom for my wife and had such a great experience with him that I decided to see him again for my own vehicle. Tom was very understanding of my situation and was able to get me into a much newer vehicle than I was looking at originally. I was able to get the vehicle the same day and everything went smooth as could be. Would definitely go back to Tom in the future or reccommend him to others.
