Great service in any department. Love to checkout new inventory and see what's new in all departments. #1 dealership! Been to every dealership in Phoenix area and this one treat's me right and does repairs right and drama free. Give them one chance and you will be hooked for life. Live free & ride into Superstition Harley Davidson.

The team is always friendly. It dosn' t matter which department you go to. The service department is very knowledgeable. They aim to please and will gladly answer any questions to help you understand better. I ride my bike thirty miles to have my work done because I know it will be done right. Great people to work with.

I love the store due to the fact that it is like 3 minutes away from home, but the last 2-3 times I've HAD to go on a weekend they were closed before the posted closing time. I was lucky enough to get ahold of someone at Desert Wind Harley in Mesa and they were willing to stay open the extra 5-10 minutes for me to get there and get the things that I needed that day. Just today was going to change the oil, went to purchase materials for this and once again closed before time posted. That is my only complaint for this store.

Worst customer service. Went in to see about servicing motorcycle, getting a new cover and few other things. Normally, go to Scottsdale store, since moving to this side of town thought we'd see about staying closer to home. Yep, nope. Service Department acted as if we were bothering him asking questions and his demeanor was just so rude, I walked out. Will make the extra ride to be treated with respect. Period. Learn how to treat people willing to spend the money.

Went to here to buy my wife a new helmet. Heather M. came over and started talking to my wife about what she looked for in a helmet, how she wore her hair in a helmet and other questions. I knew my wife was in good hands. Heather then suggested a helmet for my wife, made sure it was the right size to ensure my wife's safety while riding. My wife loves the helmet! Thanks Heather M.

Bought a helmet on Tuesday afternoon brought it home, tried to put intercom system on would not work with that type of helmet. Took it back Thursday morning with receipt & helmet was never worn they refused to exchange or refund money, they said that sales girl was suppose to tell me their is no refund on helmets and she never did! I told the girl she lost my business & she acted like she didn't care also I had appointment with service for my bike that I canceled because of their unwillingness to work with me I will never do business at this store again!!!!

I was just into the service department for steering head adjustment and new tires. The price quoted was the price I paid. No attempt at up selling things that I did not need. That has not been my experience with other Harley dealerships. To me that speaks to the Integrity of the service department and the ownership. I have been in previously for parts and I've always been treated courteously and the staff have been very helpful. I've also purchased motorclothes as has my wife and that experience has always been good too. Highly recommended dealership.

Nice place, nice people. No return policy gets them 2 stars. Harley consistently stocks poorly made woman's clothing for a premium price , so I guess now the franchisees are passing it on to us with a no return policy.
