This facility is a great anchor to the surrounding community. Not only is there a wide variety of stores and services within the mall itself, but practically anything and everything you could ever need can be found within the mall or in the periphery retail centers surrounding it. I'd give it 6 stars if I could because they started playing my favorite Phil Collins/Genesis song as soon as I walked in.

This center is matched to the local demographic. It will never be a Scottsdale Fashion Square, but that's what I like about it. It's not pretentious or snooty. It serves the community surrounding it well.

Some people have written reviews that it is "dying", but I just came from there and I can attest that's not the case at all. It is adapting to a changing retail climate, something Fiesta failed to do. The place was bustling with activity today and the parking lot was quite full.

The structure itself still looks fresh and new despite it being nearly 30 years old. You wouldn't know that just by looking at it. It is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained. There's something for everyone at Superstition Springs Center.

Sears was run down with a very limited product supply. Trash was overflowing out of the cans at the entrance. No toys. So sad JC Penney was well stocked, clean and had gifts for everyone, even toys for the kids. Even though I've heard they are struggling to stay in the top, it was very nice!

This place has really fallen off in recent years. It's not entirely the mall's fault. The demographics of the area have changed and it's not as nice as it was before. This mall also has competition from the nicer malls in better neighborhoods like San Tan Village. It's fine if you're going in for a few things and you don't mind rude people.

Love it here. From the cheap theater (could use renovation) to the 2 story carousel. My kids love Thurs kids club, the little train, the beautiful fountain area. Good stores with good prices here. Good food choices. Our family visits almost weekly. Unfortunately it's getting a little tired in spots. But still a good place to check out.

First inside mall I have been to since leaving Indiana. Very nice and clean. Big enough to have good stores and small enough to be able to walk through without getting wore out

Been coming here for years. There are some stores that are always changing, but it's great for just strolling around. The attached movie theatre is great for the price.

It's a good mall with lots of diverse choices for a full shopping experience. Everything from a pet rescue shelter, kids stores, teen stores, maternity clothing, shoes, furniture, kitchen supplies, and your staple department stores are represented. In the food court they have a fun bungee jump activity and a carousel for the kids.

This mall has many stores. All the basics like Sears and JcPenny. It also has a decent food court on the second floor. The Merry-go-round is pretty cool too. My kids like the play area but sometimes people don't watch their kids so they run or push. Most parents are more aware.

This is an okay mall, nothing really out of the ordinary. It is pretty small compared to other AZ malls. Has a food court, shops and a budget theatre.

It seems like a lot of teenagers (mall rats) hang out at this mall.

Also, the security has not always been the best in my experience. When I was a teenager, I was hanging out with friends and some random teenager threw a full soda can of the balcony. It hit me straight in the nose and you can guess the rest. The security guards were never able to catch the teenagers that did it.

I use to love going here. It's starting to die which makes me sad. A few shops and the food court keeps it alive. Not as many shops as before. Love how clean it is and all the parking. Great restaurants and movie theater. The dollar movie theater is here also.

I have always loved this mall. Beautiful exterior set up with a natural desert look. Almost too natural to those who did not grow up in the area. Hate to see the outsourcing of America lent to the destruction of more and more business. Hopefully President Trump can help bring America back to America! I'm not holding my breathe with the push and pull power of party politics though.
Fiesta Mall use to also be a great destination, but Mesa has been destroyed by bad politics itself.

This mall used to be a very cool place to stop by and spend a couple of hours, however it has begun to suffer the fate of so many malls. Large anchor stores have left and (I did not count, this is just an eyeball estimation), almost half the retail spaces are closed, or have been replaced by things like convenience stores (not joking, there is what amounts to a 7-11 in the mall. One of the two times we stopped their recently, I walked through Dillards at what should have been a very busy time, there were more employees than customers and the mall itself seemed like a ghost town.

If you like the mall experience (indoors) go visit and try and help get this one back on its feet, otherwise I suspect it will not be too much longer and this mall might be a photo opportunity for what an abandoned structure looks like.

This mall used to be awesome when I was a kid. Maybe now that I'm older, I just really don't care for malls in general, but this place seems like it's gone down hill. Shops are often closing their doors, so there's plenty of vacant stores here. It's kind of sad. The perks are the large food court which includes a carousel, a few big stores to shop in, and an indoor kids play area that is free.
