Great purchasing experience. Matt and Kevin are just wonderful. I requested a quote online, filled out their online financing form and was given a great offer over the phone within a few hours. No numbers games, no 'talking to the manager', no nonsense. They had the paperwork ready and the bike cleaned up when I arrived to sign the papers. They were even nice enough to stick around a little late while I tooled around to see if I wanted to ride it all the way home in the dark or leave it at the shop. I had tried the same purchase with another local company and they tried to play financing games, gave a much worse offer and wanted to wheel-and-deal. Matt's experience in the game shows, he listened to what I wanted and gave me a fair offer without bombarding me with numbers and options. If you are serious about buying and you do submit a quote online, go ahead and do the financial form, it speeds things up a lot and gets you in contact with the right people - the internet quote manager seems to be geared towards people who are still evaluating.
Amazing experience! They make you feel right at home. They were friendly and very informative. They made buying our first side by side easy and stress free. They even didn't mind our kids playing around. I wish we got this kind of customer service everywhere! Thank you guys for our beautiful 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000-5!
I have a custom built, Yamaha XV1600, that was done back east. I had some major issues that happened and the staff at We Ride Power Sports said that they could tackle it. Mike the service tech, has amazing customer service skills and stayed in contact with me the whole time. It was done correctly and I am very happy with their work. The work, professionalism, and customer service bar none. Please make sure to visit this place if you need work done to any motorcycle you own.

A Very Happy Customer
I bought a new Can Am X3 Max from here. The whole process was a good experience. Great service from everyone from the salesman to the finance managers, to the parts department. Everyone was very friendly, upfront and honest. when I sat down to sign my paperwork everything was exactly as the salesman describe. If you’re in the market for an off-road vehicle I would highly recommend we ride.
Best UTV buying experience I’ve ever had in the Valley. The staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. The parts counter is great to deal with and their prices are very fair compared to most places. It’s nice to finally have a local place that I enjoy dealing with! :-)
We stopped by We Ride to see what they had in the way of 4 wheel drive UTVs. What a pleasant surprise to see a huge inventory of them in several manufacturers and many different models. As we were looking at some of them, we were approached by Jesse James. Yes folks, he's still alive go figure. Any way, Jesse jumped in to see if he can answer any questions. After being thoroughly satisfied with the choices, and had several questions answered satisfactorily, we made our choice on what we wanted to buy. Jesse then took us back to his desk and we finalized the deal.
Thank you Jesse and We Ride for making our experience painless and smooth.
Had been looking for about a year for something that I could ride and then pass to my son once he turned 16. Nothing had ever really hit the spot that I could use while he was still under age and that he could grow into. My son mentioned a Honda rebel so I went to We Ride to see if it would be a good fit for me. Ended up being a little small but the sales person Micheal was in no hurry to sell me a bike and asked how I would be using the bike. Once it told him he mentioned maybe looking at larger used, since it had also been a while since I had ridden. We looked and sat on and looked some more but nothing seemed like a good fit. Said goodbye and on the way out saw the perfect fit for what I had been looking. Sat on it and told Micheal I had to get back to work. No problem, asked for my email and promptly sent me a price and spec comparison between the Rebel and the Shadow Phantom. I was impressed with both his knowledge of both and his ability to "Let a sale walk away". After getting the email comparison, sent in paperwork and within 24 hours, had the bike I had been looking for a while to find. Too bad my son will not be riding it. Overall experience was fantastic, easily the quickest transaction of a major item I have ever had, other than the Honda contract taking six times to print (which was hilarious) it was a great experience. Michael was straight up front and very honest in both looking for a good fit for me and in negotiations. Now to get that motorcycle for my son!!!
They sold me a motorcycle. I told them my needs and my budget. I needed something inexpensive for freeway riding, and they sold me a trail bike. They assured me that I could put a different rear sprocket on it to ride on the freeway and it would be fine. Three months later, the engine blew. Warranty covered it, but it took nearly two months for them to tear down the engine and find out it couldn't be fixed. Meanwhile, I had to initiate all communication with them because they hardly ever contacted me. Additionally, they blamed me for the engine damage, even though they had said that it would be fine on the freeway with a different sprocket.
They tell u they got the parts I need, u drive 30 mins to find out they don't, waste of time!
Just recently purchased a new motorcycle from Apache Sales and I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from Rikki, my sales rep, he is customer friendly and a no hassle straight forward type of sales person, qualities hard to find these days, also Tyler in the parts department has always been extremely helpful in the past with any parts issue, these 2 employees I would rate your above average sales people. Keep up the good work guys and you will continue to earn my business
The best place in the valley to purchase all your recreational vehicles, water toys and motorcycles, I only do business with one salesman his name is Shane, but I'm sure the rest of them are as kind and has plenty of information and knowledge as this man, I personally tell all my friends if they want a good deal and to be treated proper go to Apache Motorsports and talk to Shane he's the best
WORST customer service ever! Tech are good but communication with service dept needs much improvement. I had to go in every week to find out what was the status on my bike! It took two months to get my bike back and the issue was not resolved due to the frustration and lack of respect. The service manager is so disrespectful using profanity and aggressive attitude! I called them to have my bike put back together and waited almost 3 weeks to find out that nothing was done because he had forgot to tell the mechanics! Lack of communication! I told the manager that there needs to be better communication but he said that is was the receptionist's fault and to yell at him! If someone is not doing their job right, isn't it the responsibility of the manager to handle the situation and accept responsibility instead of blaming someone else! Step up and own it! Least to say that I will not be taking my bike back and probably will never purchase another bike from them again! Highly recommend going elsewhere!
Terrible. I asked how much longer for my tire installation, rim off of the bike already Waited 2 to 3 hrs to get a front tire put on after purchasing the tire from them. Probably auto shop manager, older fat guy, grey hair, told me, "look, service on sales bikes comes first. They're working on a sales service right now, when they're done with that, if they have time they'll get to your tire." Super stern and condescending, like I was some kid who just rode my bike across his lawn or something. I am a paying customer, on my day off, and definitely don't need that. This is after they said it would take an hour for the job. If you can't produce, then don't provide service to any one who didn't just purchase a vehicle through you. Don't provide the service, but then say you come last after everything else if we get around to it. Shops like this are the reason I do my own work now. They know they have your stuff that you care about. They know that you won't say a thing that resembles a complaint, from the fear that they might just crank down your bolts a little too tight and ruin whatever you own that is temporarily in their possession. It's a powerless feeling when you need your stuff fixed and you have nowhere else to go. Shops know they have this leverage over you. Go to a shop that will take advantage of that power the least. You're less than a number to them.
