Almost immediately after purchasing my vehicle, I started receiving spam calls that they wanted to buy it back. Their calls are borderline harassment. They stopped calling me and started calling my husband. Three years after these calls, my husband decided to listen to their offer, which was to lock us into a new deal on a new car with worse rates than my previous purchase. I have excellent credit and they tried to give me a worse interest rate. Sorry, Nissan, I will stick with my purchase from 2013 and never buy from you again.
Worst dealership!!! They do have a fast turn around when you are buying the car let me tell you fast they are willing to get you a water bottle, and turn into your servant BUT, the minute you buy that car you are not allowed to get a water bottle and they blow you off like your nothing to them! We had to have our car cleaned 5 times due to soda spills etc from the previous owner in the car and even after 5 times our sells person told us we had to point out the spots to their cleaning guys we eventually realized that they were so incompetent we had to pay to have another company to clean it properly.
They then were to replace the struts and now they can’t even get them straight.
Now after 5 months of owning my car our battery has gone bad and well there response is nothing we can do. The battery had a 2 year warranty they placed it in 2015 sat on the lot for 2 years and we brought it with a 1 day warranty. We then had to call 1(800) Nissan and we explained to them what happened and they said have the dealership replace the battery and we have to send them the receipt and they will reimburse us.
The battery took 2 days to resolve and with our car being the only one we own it this experience as a whole has been disappointing.
Typical car dealer with typical car salesmen. They have a large selection of new cars and a fair selection of used cars. Although we did not do business with them on this trip, I have had my Nissan serviced at this location numerous times. At peak hours, you may have to wait to drop your car off for service. They offer a free shuttle service and there is a mall nearby that is a nice place to shop. The staff is friendly for the most part and service time is average depending on what repairs you are needing. Of course if you are not having your vehicle serviced under warranty, the cost of service and parts is way over priced which is typical for all car dealers. The mechanics seem to be somewhat competent. If you are under warranty, I would recommend this location to a friend. Otherwise, I would advise you to go your own trusted mechanic, if there is such a thing!
I was first called and after talking to a salesman gave the phone to my husband. We were told because we were such loyal Nissan customers and had good credit they wanted to sell us a 2017 Rogue. My husband told him he did not really want to trade in our 2015, we just put $100 in tires on it and it has my power chair lift on the back. He was told" I will keep your payments the same and no problem getting the lift transferred. Of course we wasted our Sat. morning! The sales manager was the one who grabbed us on the lot and made up his mind right there that he wasn't going to make a deal. Inside we actually heard him tell a salesman that he didn't make sales, that was there job! We would have left in the first 10 minutes but he had our keys, and even asked for them 3 times in the 1/2 we were there. Of course we were given an appraisal so low that no deal was going to be made. We were even told if we wanted the lift on a new vehicle we would have to pay for it. This is bait and switch! Promise the customer anything to get them in the door. We have bought our last of 3 vehicles here. and all of them serviced here. When Earnhardt sold out, they went downhill fast! When will businesses learn that poor customer service loses.
The dealership was great in every way. They performed the work needed in a timely manner and the personnel were very friendly. A couple of days later they even sent me a complimentary Sirius/XM subscription! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or service work!
All I can say is if you purchase a car through this dealership make sure everything is recorded. Make sure you get everything in writing before you sign. What the finance rep tells you and what you get maybe two different things. When the person is gone 4 reasons the dealership could not tell us, attitude was ' oh well.' So it is definitely buyer beware here.
We bought our van here new in 2012. This is the only place we ever take it for anything from oil changes to repairs because their service and prices are so outstanding! Any repairs have been covered by the warranty, no issues with that ever. They offer shuttle service, have provided us with a complementary rental car, and have a kiddy play area for if it's just something quick. They are extremely customer service oriented! If we buy another vehicle, it will definitely be from this dealer.
My husband and I had such an incredible buying experience at this dealership, the sales staff are great no high-pressure loads of vehicles to choose from. The sales team went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle that we wanted with an affordable monthly payment, we are so happy with our purchase! We are looking forward to many happy years with our new vehicle and keeping it well maintained through the service station.
I went in to this dealership with a friend who wanted to test drive a new diesel titan. After walking in the salesperson greeted us and was pleasant. However after that, they asked 3 questions and all they wanted to do was build a profile for my friend and pretty much see how much he was worth. Finally after an hour and a half we finally test drove the truck. When we got back the worst part of the experience happened. The salesman comes over with the finance manager and they show us the price of the truck. We were astonished at how high they were selling it for. I quickly questioned the price and asked why it was $10,000 higher than they had it advertised. The manager gave some lame excuse and said that he doesn't control what the dealership website advertises for but he adjusted the price and was very combative about it. I asked about the tint fee which was $3000 and I said that's a bit excessive. I asked him why they are adding that as a separate charge since my friend hadn't said he was going to purchase the truck yet. He replied, well we add tint to all our vehicles no matter what and then we charge the buyer for it. I told him that's like buying a home and the builder added a pool even though you didn't ask for it and still charging you for it. He said that's the way it is. We had a ad experience and I would not recommend this dealership.
Fresh staff made my experience better than the last few dealerships I've been to. There's even a kiddie area that really made the day easier.
We bought a car from Christy last night. We came in super late and I felt bad. She was super upbeat the whole time. She said she was new to the dealership but I would have never guessed. So helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend asking for her. She was very patient and understanding. A very different change from what we have been experiencing.
Awesome dealership! Had a great experience with Gary, Harvey and Tim. We originally bought a Honda Pilot from them, but realized it was too big for our needs. We came back and these guys we ABOVE AND BEYOND to help make us happy. We ended up walking off the lot with a 2016 Nissan Rogue and lower payments than what we would have had with the Pilot. Best part is the Rogue has been getting 33 Mpg while the Pilot was only getting 21. Holy crap! I've NEVER heard of an SUV getting that kind of gas mileage except for the Toyota Highland Hybrid!
Buying our Sentra here was our best vehicle purchase experience ever. Everyone on the team was very helpful and worked together to make us happy.
Our salesman was Manny. He was amazing and made us feel like family. He was so kind and funny. He walked us through every step thoroughly but quickly. I highly recommend asking for him if you go here! (Everyone else is great, too, though!)
The part that we usually dread financing/signing paperwork. This time wasn't like we've experienced in the past. It was so fast and simple. We had a lot of fun (seriously).
When all was said and done, Manny and the sales manager took us on a tour to show us where we'd be going for upcoming services, etc. It was a special touch.
It was raining that day, so they even offered to let us come back whenever the weather cleared up to have the car detailed again.
The amount of attention and time they invest from start to finish is very impressive. You won't feel like you're just another sale to them.
I definitely recommend coming here to purchase your next vehicle. They do not disappoint!
Thank you to the whole team at East Valley Nissan! You all rock.
My car buying experience couldn't have been easier. My husband and I were greeted by Blake (Finance Manager) when we entered the lot. We told him exactly what car we wanted and how much I wanted the payments to be. We also mentioned that we had just came from a competitor who couldn't match our price. Right away, Blake was confident that he could beat their offer. After test driving the car with Manny and learning more about the car, Manny came to us with Blake's offer. He beat the competitor's offer and I drove off with a gorgeous new car. Easiest car buying experience ever!! Everyone at the dealership is friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience of buying a new car and breeze. This is definitely the place to go. In the course my my short time there, five other cars were sold. East Valley Nissan is on fire!
