Best camping world yet. So clean and organized. The employees are real nice and very helpful. They had so many items in their store. You would be hard pressed not to find what your looking for at this location!

This is one of the most enjoyable Camping Worlds I have ever visited. The building is clean and well organised, with an extensive inventory. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tons of parking. I'll be back!

Had a fun time at Camping World Mesa this week. Purchased a used camper, and the staff was exceptional, from the sales department down to the service department. The people there were very knowledgeable and fun to work with.

The Camping World store is well stocked and has everything you could ever need for your camping adventure. The maintenance group on property is why the poor rating and they are independent of Camping World. They are the worst place you could ever take your camper. I personally spent $500. to get our electric toilet seals changed so the bowl would hold water. After several trys at repairing, two sets of new seals and then telling us we needed a new toilet we took our bus to another vendor to determine what was wrong and found Camping World had over tightened a porcelain anchor cracking the porcelain toilet flush mounting costing us $1200. to replace the toilet. This isnt the only issue we've had with these people. Beware, stay away, they let they're competent technicians go to save money and some of their technicians they have now are inexperienced. Stay away or you will be sorry!

I like being honest when I give a review and I like giving a 5-star review to Camping World because of their outstanding customer service every sales person on the floor that I've talked to has been more than helpful but more so if they didn't know they said you know I don't know me find out and I really do appreciate that. Recently bought an older camper in the service desk took the time to look up the parts for my awning and literally recommended it's smarter to replace the awning then trying to repair it cuz of newer awnings are on sale it would be $50 less to replace the awning with a new one

Great RV dealer. Store caters to RV camping. Really super NICE folks working there. Pet friendly. 1/3 of the store is pet related. Check the clearance area there is usually a bargain to be found.

Last year I called the service department 3 times to schedule an oil change. The first 2 calls I was told someone would contact me. They never did. The third call I waited for someone from the service department so I could talk to them only to be told that they don't schedule oil changes after noon. I couldn't get there before noon so I went elsewhere. Fast forward to last month when I called to make another appointment. I gave them all of my information and was told that someone from the service department would call me back. I did laugh after I hung up. I'm still waiting for the call back. Why would anyone buy a new rv from camping world if they won't change the oil???

Needed warranty repair on our 5th wheel, which is our full-time home. Robert Dealey, the service rep who had our service job, was outstanding in keeping us informed, getting the warranty work approved, and keeping the service department on task. We ended up spending one night in their overnight lot, but had our home back the day after our initial appointment. Thanks, Robert. You got us past an overly-sensitive tech, who needs to toughen up a bit, and got us back on the road. Yeah!

Great selection, courteous and helpful staff. Not sure if all the negative Nancies writing reviews went to the same place as me.. They worked with me on a warranty issue and ended up helping me out a lot with it. I'll continue to give them my business.

We bought a brand new Forest River Fifth Wheel 42ft with front living room and outside kitchen in February this year. So far, we have had numerous problems with this trailer: 2 leaks, no bracing under the washer cavity (so could have caved in); kitchen faucet leaks; some of the outside speakers do not work; the vents don't have knobs; the air conditioner seem to be wired backward so that the temp control seems to work with opposite one; the awning was never quite put into the slot so I am sure it will completely pull out at some point; the massage chair squeaks so bad you cannot use it; the water heater wasn't even hooked up to start with; the water tank indicator indicates that it is full when there is nothing in it; the water to the outside kitchen doesn't work; etc. I am living in this POS in AZ and have no way to get it back and forth to Camp World. My husband is having to spent about $250 round trip in gas from ABQ to PHX to get things fixed. Camp World in Mesa had the POS 8 hours today and only managed to fix the outside kitchen water and put a 2X2 in just screwed to the wall under our washer cabinet. They took 8 hours to do that and claim that this is "all they got authorization from Forest River to do" out of the whole list of crap wrong! Unbelievable. Now they say my husband needs to make another appt (and spent $250 more to drive back up here again so he can haul it across the street from where I am parked) to get more of the items done!!!!! Forest River has been contacted numerous times and their customer service SUCKS in my opinion! Camp World in Mesa AZ sucks just about as much in my opinion! WARNING: Don't do business with Camp World and don't buy Forest River - you will be very unhappy with the quality of the product and the service!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I could possibly imagine from a large purchase from such a well known name.

The salesman is the only person I dealt with who has any follow through and the service department is completely inept at best. The management is good at making promises, but so far 100% failures at keeping them. What a total embarrassment.

They delivered a unit to me with the toy hauler frame not attached to the wall but didn't tell me about it which caused further damage, they damaged my roof and refused to do anything about it, they did not send the cables that hold the back door as well as other missing parts, they promised to replace the chair that was all gouged and did not, they do not return calls and worst of all, they have not replied to my local camping world in the warranty process, which in a complicated way negates the coverage for some of the legitimate warranty items.

Keystone is no better than Camping World Mesa, but this review focuses on the failures of this poorly run dealership, which I hope no one ever goes to and experiences the same things I have experienced.

This is a warning to prospective buyers. There are other dealers right down the street, let's hope they value their customers more than these people.

    Next stop, BBB

    Thanks Fellas!

I am writing about my experience as an associate. The reason why this place is so horrible is because they do not keep their word with the associates and clients. They were never able to explain my pay. They stated i got paid salary and commission. However, when you are they state your getting deductions from your commission. But when you approach management and payroll they cannot explain why. But my last check was a joke since i got screwed horribly! I was expecting over three thousand on my last check but they ensured to deduct as much as possible with no explanation!@#$%^^^&

Not good at all I went in to purchase a convection micro on the shelf it showed that they offered one but there were none I went to service and was told that they would order one , I returned a few weeks later and they did not have one. I finally had to go online and order one myself , a few weeks later I called their main office to see if they had sent my micro and they sent me one that was broken (convection side did not work) , so I had to send it back at this point I had enough their runaround, so I went directly to Apollo and ordered from them as promised by.apollo a few weeks later I had a new micro that works as it should thank you Apollo but no thanks to Campingworld they suck!!

Purchased these sheets 1-31-17. First set I brought home was all wet and mildew inside the package. I took them back and the Mesa Camping World staff took them back without a problem and replaced them with another package of the same item. They were care to tell me to check them before I washed them to be sure they were going to work for me because I couldn't return them after they were washed.
Now I know why they said that. After one washing in cold water and permanent press setting on the dryer, there was a LOT of lint from the sheets and they were so wrinkled and stuck together, I had to pull them apartit was like they were Velcro material. I put them on the bed and tried to make due. After a couple more washings the bottom sheet had shrunk so badly I couldn't get it on the bed so I called my husband to help. When he tried to stretch the corner to go over the end of the mattress, the corner ripped out.
Terrible quality product. I would expect more from camping world.
