Doug Perry was very knowledgeable and helpful during the ordering and installation of my kitchen island counter top. He had some suggestions on questions I had which turned out to be very useful. Doug is very pleasant and friendly and knows his products. I am currently using Doug for a second project and he is working diligently to get me estimates. After 6 months of searching other cabinet suppliers, speaking with Doug Parry at Superior Stone and Cabinet was like a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable about the products, explained features well, showed us options, and made us feel good about our choices. Installation went pretty smooth. The bathroom cabinets look great, and my construction friends say that they are built well. The staff at the reception area and warehouse were also great to work with. All followup has been great. I recommend Superior to everyone.

After more than 6 months of searching many other cabinet suppliers, talking with Doug Parry at Superior Stone and Cabinet was like taking a breath of fresh air. He seems very knowledgeable about the multiple products available, went through options, and made me feel comfortable with my choices. The bathroom cabinets look great, and my friends in construction liked the way they were built. The order was ready on time. The overall experience with Superior was exceptional. Front desk and warehouse staff were also very polite, and helpful. I will recommend Superior to everyone.

Doug Perry is our rep and has been a tremendous help with redesigning my kitchen/living room. Including a new wall unit with shelves, granite and cabinets to go with my hardwood hickory cabinets I ended up ordering. He also added the laundry room cabinets so everything will be matching now.
Doug went above and beyond in helping us to design, measure and plan this project. I’m certain I through a few curves into this and sometimes can go off topic with ideas but he was always very responsive and went with the flow.
He helped to let us know what would and would not work well.
Helping us with measurements and changes we needed for our wall and island. Doug has some great ideas to make things work in the space I have. He came one day and taped down our floor with the cabinets, drawers and island. Doug really helped us shape my dream of a new great room and kitchen into a solid reality.
We walked in the first time just before they closed but he still took his time with us and said he could work late no problem.
It’s been nice to deal a professional.

Everyone we have encountered at Superior has been very nice and knowledgeable.
Our cabinets will be in soon. I will let you know how that goes! Looking forward to picking out our granite now!

We've used Superior Stone and Cabinet twice recently and are so very pleased with both experiences! This last time, we had them install all new cabinets and granite throughout our new home and couldn't be happier! The Kitchen especially looks amazing!!! Jeff Chaignot took very good care of us. Our kitchen turned out amazing! We had cabinets and granite installed. I did the backsplash, under cabinet lighting and the ship lap boards on the other side of island myself. The cabinet installer and the granite installation crew were absolutely top notch. Everything done in two days, as scheduled, except for the work I performed.

We remodeled our master bathroom with the help of Superior Stone and Cabinet. Jeff was great to work with, he was able to help us make the most of our budget, made some great design recommendations and contractor referrals, and his expert guidance helped make the entire process much easier. This was our first remodel, we had a lot of questions; Jeff was so patient with us. The tile (bathroom shower, tub surround, floor) and counter tops (granite) were installed expertly and are so beautiful. I would definitely recommend working with Jeff at Superior Stone and Cabinet.

Tim Palmer was our salesman for this project. Our biggest problem was with the install. Just about every seam or corner looked irregular and unprofessional. The quartz was chipped in several locations. I've attached some pictures. The installers scratched our cabinets in one location and loosened 6 of 8 drawer front panels getting the countertop seated. Unfortunately, the installers didn't speak enough English to explain our concerns on the install day. When we spoke with Tim after the install, we had to wait over a month for someone to come and correct some of the problems. Obviously, not all could be fixed. They did not address the cabinet drawers. Frustrating experience to say the least. At no point did they make us a priority. I do not recommend their installers.

Jeff Chaignot is amazing and we love our new cabinets and counter tops. Jeff has been great from start to finish. He was professional and helpful and gave us some great advice on updating our kitchen. He worked with us through the entire process and never lead us wrong. We are thrilled with Jeff and the installers, including Neil Price and family. After reading previous reviews we were worried about grout lines showing but that is definitely not the case.

He helped us take our kitchen from rental nightmare to dream home.

What a great place to deal with. We absolutely loved Mike. He was patient and very informed about the available products. He was prompt with the in home estimate and we had counters in less than a week! Can't say enough about ALL of the people we dealt with. The installers were greatly. I purchased new cabinets and granite countertops through Superior Stone and Cabinet. I worked with Mike Cancelli. He was great to work with. I was on a tight budget and he helped me stay close to it without sacrificing what I wanted. The installer was great too. Friendly and professional. There were a few hiccups but costumer service and Mike were quick to make it right. I'm going to be looking to replace the cabinets in my bathroom.I will definitely be talking to Mike when I'm ready. I would definitely recommend Superior and Mike.

Superior Stone and Cabinet – the people – Mike, Charles, Hector, Lee – exceptional talent and customer service. And we love the product. Mike was patient and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right granite top for our kitchen. The install went so smoothly I was in shock. Hector, Lee and their team are craftsmen (and tidy). Hi I just a Granite installed in home, shopped all around town just to get the run around until I called Michael Cancelli at Superior Stone &
Cabinets I told him what I was looking for and was in and out in less than 20 min the granite was installed 4 days later very clean and good work would use them again.

They don't apologize when they mess up, and their mess-ups will be incredibly inconvenient. Repeat customer no more. It's incredible what power a simple "My bad. I'm sorry" has. Here, it lost them a customer and thousands of dollars.

I was referred to Superior Stone and Cabinet by one of my customers. All I can say is my experience was extremely pleasurable. I walked in and was greeted by Ray Baxter. He was very professional and courteous. He had me pick out my color of cabinets that I have, and showed me some colors of granite. I picked the first one he showed me. Beautiful colors that matched perfectly. We proceeded to pick the tile back splash. He was at my house, to measure, a couple hours later. Only one week later, the installers came and put it all in. They were awesome. I love my new kitchen!!
