It's always clean and they've made some huge improvements. Lighting displays and things have been replaced. The staff are always friendly. The food can be more affordable. Bring water. If you go during the day between 4:00 and 6:00 pm during the week, it's slower. If you go between the hours of 11:00 and 2:00, you're going to run into the homeschooler kids. Great way to mingle and get your child socialized 🙂 watch the video on the toddler play area.

My son is an 18 year old severely autistic non-verbal adult now and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. My son was happy and enjoyed his visit.
Make sure your socks have anti-slip on the bottom or you will need to buy a pair of theirs for $3. 😁response / report this review -

First time here was pretty lame. Kinda run down and most of the stuff didn't work. Staff didn't care much and it was just kind of disappointing.
This visit was a complete turn around! Place was better organized, clean and welcoming. All the equipment looked better and was operational. They even added a super nice adult room that is quiet with nice couches and chairs and includes multiple TVs and free wifi. Also installed phone charging stations. Will put then at the top of the list next time we go out.response / report this review -

Been here twice already as my daughter loves this place. We got the coupons from Groupon as they had a promo running. Definitely worth the price. You get 2 hrs of unlimited fun. There is plenty of things to do here and there are a lot of kids with no one masked up so be extremely careful and cautious. You cant force kids to be masked up when running around for 2 hours straight. Overall a good place to come with the kids despite the COVID scare.

This place is really cool and very reasonably priced. This will be an easy place to take the kids a couple times a week throughout the summer. We’re thinking about doing birthdays here as well now! The kids love it and the staff has always been nice and respectful as well. As parents we were able to go up and on everything too and have fun with the kiddos! Overall a great experience and we’ll be back!
