I found KHoward Mortgage Team online and after talking to Kirk, I realized that I had found the right mortgage broker for me. The process was easy and it went without a glitch! All costs and fees were presented to us upfront and did not change nor there were hidden fees. In Fact, they were able to lower the interest rate from what we originally had committed to without costing us anything or us having buy points. His team kept us informed and updated through the process of the loan and they made it very easy for us to provide the documents and paperwork they needed. It was great working with them for our loan, and I will definitely use them again!

Kirk and his team are awesome to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were with us every step of the way and made the process a lot easier. I can't say enough about the way we were treated and how great every person on the team is. I was dreading the whole process and they made so much easier. We never felt like we were on our own.
