  We booked a water slide and a snow cone machine for a grad party. Nothing showed up and no phone calls or text messages. Waste of $100 deposit fee. Never book with them extremely disappointed.

  Unfortunately they just missed the mark. Showed up on the wrong day, then showed up at the wrong time on the right day and rushed through the setup- even leaving us to set it up ourselves and move the bounce house where we needed it and stake it down ourselves. When we got in the bounce house it was covered in sand and glitter! We had to vacuum it out ourselves because the glitter would have been all over our guests. For pick up, they were a no show. They were impossible to reach and finally ended up showing up around 1pm in the afternoon without apology or notice. When I brought the issues to management, we were ignored. Left voicemails, sent emails twice. I did speak to a manager on the day of the delivery and he offered a free concession for our next order- we will not be using Az Bounce 4 Kids ever again.

  Terrible! Dropped the bounce house off a day early said they were to busy to drop off day of. Then they showed up this morning at 830am the day I actually needed the bounce house to try and pick it up. They just text me and said they will be here after 5pm when I only requested it from 11am-330pm today. The bounce house was dirty, smelled like dog urine, and clearly had leaks in the seams of the bounce house. Will never use again or recommend them to anyone else. I actually would like some of my money back!

  I live this company, I used them earlier in the year for my sons 2nd birthday and they were amazing. They arrived early set everything up while the sprinklers were going off. Like come on! How amazing is that. Knowing they had other deliveries to get to. They allowed me to keep everything an extra 2 hours than my allotted time.
  I’ll definitely be using them again to plan my sons 3rd birthday

  They delivered a day early at no extra charge since they are busy the day of our party! They came on time, set it up and sprayed it down! My kid is enjoying himself! Great price for the size & time needed, thank you!!!
