Find businesses you can trust. I went for a hike with family visiting and my truck made a weird noise after. Three places I went to had said my catalytic converter was almost stolen. I didn’t like how all three said something different so I went here. They were the only ones that didn’t try to sell my anything extra. And quoted me what I would owe and the time spent on it was much more reasonable. They were super polite and friendly and informative. Now I take my truck here for oil changes and tire rotations and anything else it will ever need. This is a company you can TRUST. And that is a huge thing.

Great customer service from Ryan in getting a catalytic converter after having it stolen. Price was reasonable, they had the repair done within a few hours and also installed a cage to ensure no future theft. Second time using them for muffler repair and will recommend to anyone needing similar help.

My spouses catalytic converter was stolen early in the morning. I called the shop around 8:15 am asking if they could help on short notice. She was traveling for work and would not be able to make the drive home due to issues created from the removal of the cat.

She arrived at the shop around 830-840 and was on the road by 10:15.

Great customer service and fair treatment. I would highly recommend this shop. If I’m ever in phx and need some work done , I know where I’m going. Thanks guys

I called and scheduled an appointment to have them check a rattle in my 98 jeep wrangler exhaust system. I suspected that my catalytic converter had let loose and I had purchased one to have them install just in case. They confirmed that in fact it was my converter and it did need replacing. They quoted me the price and also installed an O2 sensor port. The job was done within the quoted price ( a fair price ) and on time as I waited. The welds look beautiful and the job was well done.I would recommend anyone to use Scottsdale muffler.
