Go to the hideaway right down the block, went to smokedale and the creepy old guy was watching While I chose a piece, ended up not buying because he said it was wrongly priced. Do not go here.

Heads up.
The guy worker/owners are extremely creepy. I can't help but wonder how many other females feel the same about them?
I have found that when you show no interest then their friend-ish mannerit then changes to rudeness. Arabic gets much stronger so it's harder to understand and they have mastered how to make you feel like you are wasting their time.

I LOVE THIS PlACE!! For The Past five years,
I’ve lived across the street from Smokedale (which by the way is like an historical monument) They’ve got the coolest things and alot of people have Heard About This Place, but never been here which I had the privledge and excitement of introducing quite a few people to the store. I love the owners and their staff always right there to help. Very friendly environment . It’s MY FAVORITE STORE!!! Thanx Smokedale!

I think the other reviews speak for themselves-
Zero customer service and rude older employe. He tried to sell me a piece that had missing parts to it and upcharge me the difference when other similar products came all together. Please be better!

Horrible customer service. Purchased a defective disposable vape that had a horrible, burnt taste right out of the package. Brought it to the store with the receipt and requested to exchange for a working device. An older gentleman informed me he could not take it back because it was opened and no one would buy it. He repeated the same thing several times. I said I understood that no one else would buy the returned item, but that he had sold me a defective device. He just shrugged his shoulders. I then asked if I should just contact the manufacturer and he shrugged his shoulders again and said no one would buy it again in the store. $17 down the drain. Even online sellers will refund your money for a defective device.
