I am shocked to see so many positive reviews for CertaPro. We used their service because of all of the positive google reviews, but the job they did was not thorough and we've had some problems since they painted last October (not even a whole year ago). There is peeling on the siding, some parts of the brick didn't get painted at all, they didn't clean the brick before and just sprayed right over debris! Our chimney is the worst part. You can tell they thought we wouldn't go up to get a good look at it. We figured we would let them know about the spots they missed and they would come out and fix their mistakes, but they kept putting us off over and over again, not showing up for appointments (!) and finally stopped returning our even answering our calls! It's like they blacklisted us! So unprofessional! I think they plan to put us off until a whole year has gone by and then they will argue that after a year it shouldn't be their responsibility. If they will come out and fix these problems I will happily change my review to four stars. Otherwise I will continue to discourage others from using their service. I've already had several neighbors who are looking for a good paint job ask me if they should use CertaPro, but I've said absolutely not. If you do use them, do not let them leave your property with payment until you have examined their work!

Memo and his crew did an outstanding job. Took my vision and ran with it. Highly recommend Memo and his crew for your next paint job. Memo showed up when he said he would, did the work he said he would, and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and friendly, will 100% ask for Memo again.

We have been very pleased with the work CertaPro has done on our house. From our first meeting with Kyle we've been very impressed with their customer service, and Meno and his team did a great job delivering on everything that was promised (and more)! Would definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone who wants a high quality paint job at a reasonable price with great people to work with.

Totally professional job and so happy with the outcome! Kyle was terrific setting up the job. We were out of the country so we had to do all the coordination electronically and because of his efforts, it went really smoothly. Memo led the painting and did a great job. He was easy to coordinate with and met us for a follow-up to make sure we were happy with everything.

Had a great experience with CertaPro Painters. Bradley gave us a very thorough estimate which covered all of our concerns. Luis and his team were professional, kind, and respectful and addressed each concern I had to our complete satisfaction. Even with two days of rain, the house exterior was painted in a week. Luis and his team were hard workers, who were very efficient and we heartily recommend them. Thanks for a job well done. And clean up was spotless; we didn’t have to clean up after them.
