I cannot thank Christina Carter enough for her help in finding me a home in Decatur. I was on the hunt for a house while living out of state, and Christina was always available to show me homes when I was in town. She was also very responsive to texts (my preferred communication channel!) and calls, and she was always able to put me in touch with the right people to apply for a mortgage with a local loan officer, schedule an inspection, and even get reliable, reasonable pest control service after purchasing my home. This was my first time buying a home without input from my wonderful father, and Christina was so patient and knowledgeable, explaining to me what to expect from this wild Atlanta/Decatur market and how to place a competitive offer in multiple-offer situations (an inevitability at this time and in this area). In the end, I was only looking for a month (from Alabama at that!) before my final offer was accepted.
