It's going on 2 years since I bought my home, and still have issues that I was told would be fixed / addressed in warranty. Windows & doors that do not seal adequately, side door on garage replaced twice and is still not right. Carpet / paint issues.

We had a great experience building our home with Revere! Communication was great throughout the entire process, we would highly recommend them. Caden was an excellent agent to work with as well!

They were very responsive and when we had a huge issue with the city sewage they were there in the middle of the night helping solve it even though it wasn't their fault

I built with this builder when they went by a different name. I initially rated them one star until they finally get out here and do the warranty work they have been promising to get done forever. I moved in Feb. 2018.
List of what I'm still waiting for:
There were 9 issues that we had to work through, and the smaller ones got taken care of while the large items were challenging and all still not complete, but I am giving them a high rating because of Galon.
Galon, has been fantastic to work with on the warranty items. The guy before him, everybody in the neighborhood really struggled with and you felt as though he was just there to listen to your concerns, but not really take action. Ever since Galon came on board, he has done a fantastic job, and you can tell he cares about the people that live in the homes!response / report this review -

Love this community and Sierra homes is a great company. Really enjoyed working with john and gaylon. Both really care about how stressful the home buying experience can be. Definitely one of the better contractors out there
