Very dissatisfied with how I continue calling and the agent mailbox is full. Then I cant get clear answers as to why my policy abruptly increased. This is my second agent in 2 years whom I’m displeased with. I will be taking my loyal paying customer service elsewhere.

Carter Insurance // Allstate is the most professional and customer service-focused insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They showed me different options I didn’t even know I had to cover my valuables (home, car, etc). I didn’t expect to save money when I switched as I was just looking for better insurance but I also saved too! Thanks again.

Chad Carter’s Allstate Agency is the absolute best at giving an insurance policy that cover everything you need with a great price. Most agencies give you a scaled-down policy that may not cover a potential loss completely leaving you vulnerable. Mr Carter’s agents got us completely coveted while saving me over $1200/year by switching from another major insurance carrier. Thank you!
