Absolutely horrendous. My family and I stayed there for the balloon fiesta. The room was dirty I didn’t let my children use the covers. The tub was gross we didn’t use it. All the carpet in the rooms and hallways were stained. The elevator door had graffiti and gang signs all over it. Honestly I was uneasy staying there, I’ll never go back.

I get that this was a cheap hotel but there's a difference with cheap and stingy. This place was down right stingy. No soap of any kind in the room, a booking for two and the room only had half a set of towels for one person. The building itself is old but at least it was somewhat clean. The room however was run down. The tub faucet dripped even when the water was fully turned off. The toilet wouldn't stop filling all night long and sounded like someone in an adjacent room was showering all night and day when trying to sleep. Very shady looking area of town.

The pictures of the rooms on Expedia and the ones uploaded here by the owners are definitely from 10 years ago. For this price point I don't expect a lot but this one didn't deliver. The room wasn't filthy but it was not clean there were marks all over the walls and the paint is peeling. The heater made a bunch of noise and looked pretty shabby. The toilet made noise all night, and it was just overall in bad shape, it could really use a facelift and some better cleaning and maintenance. I was just staying one night and was by myself on a trip if I had my family with me I probably would have went to a different hotel even though it was midnight when I checked in. This has potential to be a nice hotel but needs some investment in maintenance and upkeep.

I stayed in room 301. Had several issues. One of the lights by the TV was not working. The room is on the 3rd floor and it took about 3-4 minutes for the shower to have hot water. The mattress is a king; half of the mattress was super firm and nice while the other was completely worn out and I felt like I was going to roll off of it. There is only one entrance to the hotel, through the front desk area. Although there are other doors, they are exit only doors, which is a bit annoying. The breakfast was ok, nothing special; tea, coffee, orange juice, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt. I would not stay here again.

Yup, BEDBUGS! Room 331. When we discovered them (around midnight), we captured one and presented it to the front desk. Both clerks stated that in 10 and 17 years respectively, they had "never heard of bedbugs in this hotel".and"How embarrassing, oh my"! I didn't buy it at the time and this is obviously UNTRUE if you look at other reviews here. We were refunded (or at least they said we were, I haven't seen it post yet). Hope the aforementioned bedbug makes a great pet. He looked well fed and spry upon capture.DISGUSTO BEWARE!!!!

ALSO: The clerk (I believe she is actually the manager) had a line when we arrivedand I probably heard her say "There's nothing I can do" about 10 times while talking to customers and juggling phone calls. So rude I actually considered I might be on a reality show for a momentYou really can't make up stuff like thisshe was borderline yelling at perfect strangers (customers). It was one of the strangest, most uncomfortable displays of poor customer service I've ever seenand then the bedbugs happened (yay)I travel a lotglad this place isn't the norm when it comes to hotel experiences.

BEDBUGS. ROOM 231. I am covered with bites. I should have read the reviews before booking. Air conditioner clanged, toilet seat fell off, coffee pot missing parts, I slept 4 hours, found blood spots on my sheets, found stains on the mattress cover. Left at 5 am. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Update. The management has offered a full refund. Very decent of them. Thank you!

I booked online for a 5 day stay. Nothing of note here. I arrived and the desk clerk apparently was learning how to check guests in and the manager helped him. First off I was told the back card key entrance didn't work, but the door didn't latch either so that was a moot point. Easy in and out no card required.
The carpet was not clean, seemed sticky so I wore flip flops. The tub had no stopper, the TP and towel racks were falling out of the wall, the bedspread was stained, the chair was disgusting, and the remote didn't work. The aforementioned desk clerk brought in 5 remotes, and finally got the TV working.
While checking my bank balance I found they had entered my payment twice. This created a problem so the next morning I tried, emphasis TRIED, to talk to the manager about it. She would not allow me to complete a sentence because she knew all about my problem, though she said there's nothing I can do about it! Let it suffice to say her understanding of banking and the reality of banking have never met. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone talking to the bank, transferring funds, etc. to cover this error. Then when the authorization finally fell off, transferring the funds back. Clearly this woman has no business being the face of this business, although given the overall condition of the place I could be mistaken, the place is cheap and rundown. Management doesn't give a rat's a$$ about the guests, and honestly unless you can't afford better, stay elsewhere. I certainly will.

The manager Tinker was very accommodating to our needs. We were In the middle of a move across the country when we encountered an unexpected delay. She allowed us an area to park our 2 rental moving trucks and ensured we had a room that allowed us to overlook them for peace of mind. Just what we needed during a trip filled with challenges, especially seeing we slept, or tried to sleep, in a rest area the night before.

Room was marginal. Tv did not work well. No cups in the room. Kind of clean. Continental breakfast was very sparse. Only 2 kinds of cereal, bread to make toast. Oh yes they had yogart too. No fresh fruit. No fridge or microwave in the room. You could pay $5 and get a microwave. Will not stay there again.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice sparse but there was breakfast. Room was decently clean, but the bed sunk in in the middle and sloped a bit.

The most horrific hotel I have ever been to. The 2 Indian morons at the desk booked my paid room to someone named Lewis Stevens. My name is Steven c. After arguing with them they said I needed to pay again and it's not their problem, they showed me a paper with mr Stevens name but my address and booking info. It was like they couldn't comprehend how this was wrong. It was almost midnight and they said my card was not charged it was just a hold so I got made and left. It took 7 days to get it back, from the bank, not them because it was definitely charged. I am actually thinking of calling a laywer. I hope the read this so they can remember how retarded they were. Never stay here.

Our stay started out good when we checked in. It was quiet while we slept and the breakfast was nice in a simple sort of way. Checkout went smoothly as well. However, later when we called to see if we misplaced something at the hotel, the person who picked out the phone was brusque and didn't seem to have even looked.
