Fairfield Inn was very spacious and comfortable. All amenities are available and the staff was very welcoming. Would recommend.

Great customer service , I did not have a reservation and the front desk clerk was very polite and professional. The rooms were very clean. I really would recommend it.

Friendly staff, large and clean room (king suite). Bathrooms are small, but you don't normally spend a lot of time there. Close proximity and easy access to major roadways, food, and the University of New Mexico.

Decent. Outdated, which I can deal with, but the Fitness Center was a bit of a mess. Towels and disinfectant wipes were out both mornings I was there, and the TV had the volume up obnoxiously loud and the remote wasn't working. (I dragged the weight bench over to see if I could reach a button to turn it off but they had it buried in a case so no joy there.)

Nice staff, and for sure it was the least expensive option available in the Marriott family at the time I stayed - so overall decent value.

Room was clean. Pillow was overstuffed and hard. Made for a less than comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was good, though serving area was oddly laid out.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn. The front desk staff is very helpful and wants to help make your stay comfortable. But the best part for me was Maria. She is the woman that cleaned my room. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure that everything in my room was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Maria.

Stayed here for 1 night. Convenient location easily accessible from interstate 40. Plenty of parking which could accommodate our moving truck and towed car. It is an older Fairfield, but clean and with the usual amenities like free breakfast and pool/fitness center. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

Our stay here was nice. The pool was the highlight of our stay. My family has a great time swimming and the gym was very nice as well. Another favorite was our bed, it was very comfortable. My only complaint was that our double bed room had full sized beds, which is a little smaller than usual. Over all this hotel is great and the staff was very friendly.

I loved this place because it has free Wifi, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, hot showers. Everything is satisfactory and up to my standard. Amazing hotel to stay in for vacation.

The room was nice, and the breakfast was nice. I was up here with a large group of people, all families with children. We spent a lot of time at the pool, until our kids were kicked out. When I went to inquire as to why this happened, I was very rudely challenged by the employees, including a lady at the front desk and security. They refused to let me take my son and a few other kids from our group back into the pool, even though I told them my intent was to stay there and supervise. There were many other groups of children in the pool area. The kids were robbed of their fun, and we were robbed of an amenity that we were paying for. Very rude and a lack of hospitality. We come to Albuquerque often, and now, we will not stay here again due to this incident.

Great hotel overall. I could tell the hotel was older, but they have updated the rooms so they feel newer. The service was great, even for us showing up at midnight.

Our stay was wonderful for the night. The overnight shift was incredible and helpful with getting us situated. Even going so far as to offer us a late check-out for arriving after midnight.
