This hotel has a lot of amenities for being a Budget Hotel. I'm staying in a room that has a 90% full kitchen which is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and silverware. It even has a full size dishwasher and full size refrigerator with freezer. The only thing missing is food and an oven. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the hotel has a nice covered patio in the back with two three burner Weber barbecues that are free for guests to use (although you have to supply your own propane or you can rent it for a nominal charge at the front desk). The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way repeatedly to make sure you're staying is the best it can be. Also laundry facilities are free to use, they have a snack covered with a variety of Frozen and dry snacks and meals for you to purchase and they also have and wending library of various appliances, board games, and other implements for desks to borrow. The only downsides today's Hotel is it doesn't have a pool or jacuzzi, it's a little dated since it has not been remodeled yet like the other Candlewood Suites and they do not offer a complimentary breakfast which really isn't an issue since you have a fully stocked kitchen in your room

Do not stay here if you are moving cross country with a U-haul and towing a car. Security cameras and well lit parking lot does not detour car jackers, thieves punched out ignition and were about 2 minutes from stealing my entire life! This is carjacking city per the police. The staff however are very nice. DO NOT RISK LOOSING YOUR LIFE, IF SO SLEEP IN YOUR TRUCK!!!

Just a prefect hotel with all needed and convenient accommodations along with really nice kitchen corner! Always friendly staff ready to help with any specific needs. I come here every year. The service is consistently excellent!

The outside was not all too inviting and when I rang the doorbell for the front desk I began to think, " great! They just changed the name, it's still a random hotel." I will say that first view didn't impress me, but then I got to my roomrelief, I would have a comfy sleep and good shower. It would have been much better had my wake up call not been written for 2 hours prior and if my credit card hadn't been charged for incidental and room rate when I had already paid. Other than that the room was nice.

This is a nice and spacious hotel with good beds and kitchens. I had a one bdrm on first floor and it was pretty nice. The front desk guy, Adam, is not friendly. I got to the hotel around 11am, walked in and got halfway through saying I had a reservation before he interrupted me to say I couldn't check in before 3. Rudely. Then he continued to be a poor communicator and continuously rude when I came back to check in at 3. I would only stay there again if it was the only affordable place with kitchens.

They are working on the front entrance so you have to enter from the back. They do NOT have an agreement with the rehab place next door which was my main reason for staying there. And because I made reservations at the last minute, I had to get a smoking room. Wouldn't be so bad but the people next to me must be chain smokers and their smoke comes into my room from under the door. Next week I'm getting a non smoking room

The room was updated but dirty. Had to buy a can of rid X due to German roachs
The staff was horrible and rude charged me twice in one day and had the nerve to open my door and tell me leave when it was there fault charging me twice. They where suppose to credit my card never received it. I was a good customer and the manager said I could not extend my stay due to other reservations. There was no other reservations room was available. All because they couldn't admit to making a mistake.

4 stars for the room which is well equipped with apartment amenities. Otherwise I will give 2 stars due to the fact entrance look like the side door and check in counter looks like $20 motel. No breakfast area. No lounge area. Dog friendly no visible dog area.

Elevator needs a major upgrade. You'd be faster walking up the stairs. It's unacceptable. Also, there is no continental breakfast. My room was clean and I appreciated the renovations and modern touches BUT the housekeeping really needs to come once a day to pick up trash. It doesn't matter if it's an extended stay, nobody wants to take their own trash out. That's very strange.

I first stayed at this hotel back in 2012 and has such a wonderful experience it was the only hotel I stayed in while on trips to Albuquerque since. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and always has a lovely experience, from friendly and helpful staff to a nice, clean, and overall comfy room. However, at my last stay, not only were the employees extremely rude, but our room was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, what may have been dried blood stain or i don't know what on the wall by the bed, there is an included pitcher for water or whatever that was so disgusting it appeared to have never been cleaned as well as all the provided cutlery was dirty as well as if someone used it and just put it back in the drawers and housekeeping just never bothered to check it or clean it. There were also used tissues tucked in the crevices of the chair. This just shows how "well" the room was actually being cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. When my husband went to the front desk we were told we could not get another room, nor could we get a refund for our room, and if we wanted the room recleaned we would have to wait for hours until housekeeping had time to go clean it. We left and went to the event we went to Albuquerque for, came back almost 5 hours later and the room was still not cleaned. Needless to say, our days of staying at this hotel have come to an end.
