Always clean , always friendly, and conveniently located near I-25

This used to be another property. Room was fine a little dated. Shower was nothing but scalding hot water in the morning regardless of what we did. Staff did make a nice adjustment to our bill. Not the best Hawthorn we have stayed in.

Stayed here for 5 days and I had no problems whatsoever. The first night, I had a room and the ac wasn't blowing "cold enough" for my husband to sleep. So the next morning we got moved to a nicer room with a cold ac no ?'s asked.

1st room I was given, the key cards didn't work. They were re-keyed and still didn't work so was given another room. The air conditioner in 2nd room didn't work and was so old that the markings on the control dial were missing. Was given a 3rd room and keycard worked the 1st time I entered but after I left and returned to the room they had to be re-keyed again. The elevator was VERY slow. Breakfast was only lukewarm. I called the front desk 3 times in the evening and the call was never answered (I let it ring 20+ times each time I called). Common areas could have been cleaner. HOWEVER, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's sleep.

It is great budget accommodations. Decent amenities, and free breakfast. Yes it is dated but the rooms a big and clean. There is everything you need while travelling.

This was a nice basic hotel. The amenities are not fancy but they are adequate. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable with decent linens. The included breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Location is good with quick access to a number of attractions. There are several restaurants near by for dining options. Checkout was quick and trouble free.

Nice location, only a couple of miles from the zoo and near several good places to eat. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was responsive to requests.

Rack in the bathroom is falling apart. Chair at the desk was broken. Brought both to management's attention. Pool area was very clean with ample seating. Breakfast was awesome my two kids loved it along with my wife. Cost was good for what we received. Night clerk that checked us in was extremely courteous and kind. She is the reason for the three star raiting.

For a Wyndham property I expected more. Maybe my standards are too high a 3 star hotel. Clean but dated. Where are the plugs? Even the middle of nowhere 2 star has plugs near the bed. The room is large and the location is good near restaurants and the airport. The staff is nice. Again I just expected a more modern experience.

It's good for the price. We have stayed there twice now, and the only complaint is would have is the breakfast could have been better the second time around. They used to make their eggs scrambled, now it seems they use powdered egg mixture. However, the rooms have always been clean and spacious. They are also pet friendly with a small fee ($25 per pet). There is also a 7-11 right across the parking lot.
