My husband and I were driving north on I-75 on our way home from Cape Coral (honeymoon!) when both power points in our 2009 Subaru Outback stopped working leaving us with no way to charge our phones. We Googled Subaru dealers in the area and found Sunset Subaru was about 30 minutes away. My husband called ahead and spoke with Danny who confirmed what we suspected, a blown fuse. Even though they had a full service schedule, Danny came right out, checked the fuse, and installed a new one (there was actually a spare in the fuse box!) at no charge. The process took about 5 minutes and we were on our way. Very pleased and would highly recommend. It's rare to find this level of customer service.

I bought a used Subaru from here in November 2016 and started to have a slight steering issue in February 2017. Got an appointment scheduled and brought it in to Frank and Danny. Ended up paying nothing as they admitted it should have been caught before being sold. What honesty! If you want that type of quality and transparency in your car dealings, you now know where to go in Sarasota! Thanks again everyone!

I purchased my used car from Sunset auto and had a great experience with Tom Brown as my sales associate. Since the buying experience was so easy I figured I'd give the service department a try. I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed at the Subaru service center and glad I did. They were right on time and had it done in under 30 minutes. They noticed I had a nail in my tire and gave me some options on what to do. After deciding it was best to get a new one they ordered it and had it installed the next day. I can't say enough about the service team there. I now have our other car serviced there and highly recommend you give them a try!
